She jolted at his voice " yea?" She asked, taking a seat across from him. Her eyes a stormy grey. She looked around and hoped he wasn't gonna say anything about the subject. She frowned as she picked at her eggs.. suddenly losing her appetite

Greyson's face remained flat as he reached out and gently grabbed her arm and looked at it. "Whats this? What happened?" He spoke, his voice laced with concern and protectiveness. "Who did this?" He asked, his canines now obviously present. If someone hurt her, It would be the end for them. He was much stronger than any human, and he wasn't afraid to protect Lily. His eyes darkened more as he stared at her arm. The thought that she could have done this to herself ran through his head, but he had never experienced anything like this. Werewolves heal too fast to do anything like that, and he had never known a human before her. Other than the few strangers he has run into and the humans that work or customers that come in where he works.

She flinched as his hand ran over them. " I did." Her voice small and ashamed. She bowed her head and felt guilty.. her head spinning she stood up and took their plates to the sink " it's in the past." She frowned as she felt guity

Greyson frowned slightly but calmed down. "You don't do it anymore?" He asked quietly as he stood and walked behind her to the sink. He wrapped his armed around her and spun her around to face him. He mood changed quickly when she told him she had done it to herself. He grabbed her arm again, carefully, and looked at it. "Please, don't hurt yourself." His voice was concerned with a hint of sadness. It hurt him to think that she would do that, now that his wolf was bonded with her, there was a bond between them. Not quite a mate bond, but similar. He sighed softly and let her arm down before speaking. "Don't feel guilty. As you said, it's in the past. You cant change your past or it would change who you are today, and I wouldn't want you to change."

She frowned but smiled as he turned her around " I used to because of depression. It's ok now.. I'm ok." She let herself be enveloped in his body. She let herself go limp and said " I don't wanna focus on it" she sighed and sattiwn

Greyson kissed the top of her head and smiled slightly. "Its okay, you don't have to." He pulled her closer to him and smiled more. "Alright, so what do you wanna do today?" He asked calmly as he looked down at her, his eyes slowly returning to their normal brown color.

She smiled and said " I usually work from home but I can take a day off... it is only Wednesday." She sat on the couch and scooted closer to Greyson, switching on the Tv and hitting the Netflix button. She leaned back and got a blanket, saying " what's your favorite movie?"

Greyson walked over and sat on the couch with Lily. "Alright." He smiled and wrapped his arm around her. "Hmm, Thats a hard one. I don't really have any particular favorites, but I like horror and comedy. How about you?" He paused for a few moments then smirked. "Also, Will you be my Girlfriend?" He asked it confidently. He liked her a lot and wanted it to be official. Though in the "werewolf world" there are not really any girlfriends or boyfriends as mates almost immediately get married and were's who dont find their mate or get rejected usually get arrange married or possibly a second chance mate who they would marry almost immediately. He wanted to be able to take it slow and not rush her into anything. He wanted to mark her also, but he wasn't sure if she would want that, and he would never force her to do that. The thought of her possibly being turned crossed his mind. Though turned werewolves were not as strong as born, they were still much stronger than humans, and they healed just as fast as born werewolves. He smiled to himself, the thought of her having a wolf of her own making his wolf happy.

She looked up.. shocked her head racing. She turned dark pink and her sudden interest in the lamp was apparent as the deep blush took over her face. She leaned closer to him and kissed him for a long time. Hopefully answering his question. Her heart hammering she looked up at him as the pink turned lighter and into a small cute blush. Lily gave a smirk and said " What is marking?"

Greyson smiled, knowing the answer. After she pulled away he grinned and let out a soft sigh. "Well, Its something that both werwolves and vampires do. It usually happens as soon as they meet their mate. Though with vampires, they pick their mates.
Werewolves are given mates. Our goddess, the moon goddess, assigns us mates. Its kind of hard to understand but mates are made for each other. They are made to be perfect for each other." He paused for a moment realizing he was rambling. "Okay,
anyway, Its when a male, and usually female, werewolf will mark each other. They use their canines to bite and scar their mates shoulder. It would change their scent slightly to show that they are taken. That would be the mate bond. Also,
once mates mark each other they can hear each others thoughts, and use something called the mindlink to talk with each other in their mind. Its also kind of confusing." He laughed lightly. "Im sorry if it confused you, it makes more sence to me as ive been a werewolf my entire life and been raised to know all this."
