June watched as Ray went upstairs before she walked into the living room,”Ray looked like he was in a hurry.” She said.

Xavior nodded " he has three papers due tomorrow " he said

June frowned a little before sitting on his other side,"Three papers? Oh dear." She sighed.

Xavior nodded " I guess he forgot " he said as he relaxed with his wife, Otis snoring soflty beside them as he slept

“Why can’t he ever start and finish his papers early?” June asked softly.

Xavior chuckled " I guess she forgot, I just told him he'd better get them finished " he said

June sighed a little with a nod as she leaned her head against him.

Xavior smiled, gently kissing her cheek " whatcha doin love? " she asked

June shrugged her shoulders a little,"Nothing now. I just finished making some muffins." She said.
