Liam laid next to her. "I agree with you. I only knew six people and it was our wedding." He said to her. He kissed her cheek. "But we are married now and that is what matters." He said with a smile.

"I should probably change into something else. This dress isn't really comfy." She got some of Liam's clothes and went to the bathroom to change. She put the dress on a hanger and put into a closet. She then went back into the bedroom and snuggled up beside Liam.

Liam changed as well not comfortable in his tux. He waited for her after he laid back down. He put his arms around her. "I love you." He said with a smile. He really did. "I am so glad to be able to call you my wife." He added.

"I love you as well." She said hugging him as well. Amethyst yawned and closed her eyes. "I'm going to sleep..." She said and went to sleep.
Amethyst's dad knocked on the door and then walked in. He looked at the two and smiled. "It's amazing that a human and mermaid got married. That hasn't happened in a very long time." He said.

Liam was holding Amethyst close. He looked over as her father walked in. He smiled a little at him. "Ya. Well, I never expected to marry a mermaid. But I am in love with her." He said with a shrug. He was being quiet so he did not wake her up.

Amethyst's dad nodded. He walked out of the room and quietly closed the door. He then went into the kitchen to find something to eat.

Liam held his wife and soon enough fell asleep as well. He was tired after a long day. He was glad that they had left the party that was most likely still going.

After a few hours, Amethyst woke up. She opened her eyes and looked at Liam. She smiled a little and carefully got up. She was a bit hungry so she went to the kitchen and ate some food.

Liam stayed asleep. He was really tired from the days events. He would most likely sleep until the next day.

Amethyst ate and went back into the bedroom. She snuggled up beside Liam again and went back to sleep.
