"You need to eat breakfast. I called a hair and makeup artist to help you get ready. She will be here soon." His mom said.

Amethyst nodded. She went to the kitchen and looked around. She found some strawberries and started to eat those.

His mom was getting other things ready that needed to get done. The makeup artist arrived and she let her in.

Amethyst stopped eating when the make artist arrive. "Hi." Amethyst said smiling.

"Hello. I am here to do your hair and makeup." The woman said and looked at her hair trying to figure out what to do. "Is there anything specific that you want?" She asked.

Amethyst shook her head no. "Anything will be fine." She said smiling. Amethyst didn't know anything about hair or makeup so she hopes what ever the hair/makeup stylists does is good.

She nodded and asked Amethyst to sit down and started to work. She got it all done and had put her hair in an updo with a starfish shaped medal pin that Liam had bought her.

Amethyst looked at her hair in the mirror and smiled. "It's very pretty." She said looking at the lady. "Thank you." She said. Amethyst notice something though. She is a very pale person. Since you know she is a mermaid and spent her whole like under water. She just hoped that the lady had makeup that would suit her paleness.

The makeup artist got started. She mixed a few foundations together to make her color and then finished her makeup. It looked natural but still a little different. She hoped that she liked it.

Amethyst looked in the mirror. "I love it!" She said sounding happy. She thanked the lady again and went to go find Liam's mom. "What do you think?" She asked.
