Jessie softly huffed and wrapped her arms tightly around Robert’s neck, ”Yes, thank you.” Slowly releasing Robert from her grasp as she smiled at him, looking back to Steve and walking over to him and kneeling down in front of him, ”You okay baby?”

Robert smirks looking at Jessie until she lets go, he then heard some people running towards the room and took out a other gun throwing it towards Max while he said: "Getting out of here might be a pain, hope your not to beat up to shoot." Max just chuckled and took the gun then got ready to shoot whoever came in the way. Steve smiles looking at Jessie and said: "I'm okay, can we go home now?"

Jessie smiled and took Steve into her arms, she held her hand on the back of his head in an effort to cover his ears from the gunshots that were soon to be happening, Jessie looked to Robert and then back to Max, noticing a little hole in the wall a few feet from her, she seen grass on the other side so she figured it was leading outside, she quickly ran over with Steve in her arms, placing him down in front of the hole, ”I’m gonna go first and make sure it’s safe. Stay here until I call for you.” Jessie smiled and crawled through the hole, scratching her back on the top slightly, making her wince in a slight pain. Once she reached the outside Jessie looked around and then looked back into the hole, ”It’s safe! Come on Steve!” She softly yelled.

Steve looked at the hole then at Jessie before glancing over towards his father, Max glanced over to them and said: "Steve go." The people entered and the two of them started shooting while running to leave the building. Steve quickly crawls out and goes over to Jessie while covering his ears but then spotted his grandmother coming so he grabbed on to Jessie quickly while saying: "She is coming!" Robert shot a few more people before they reached the door and the two left while he said: "Where are those two now?" Max quickly looks around and said: "Most likely still over at the hole so let's get going, they woman has a lot more than just this."

Jessie moved Steve behind her and smiled at the woman running towards her, ”You’re such a pig, Sandra, leave Steve alone, it’s quite obvious he DOES NOT want to go with or even be near you.” Jessie huffed and lifted up her shirt, grabbing out a knife she always carried around on the waistline of her pants, opening it and waiting for Sandra to make one wrong move but also keeping her guard up for any sorts of surprises the woman could try to pull.

Steve held on to Jessie tightly while Sandra just chuckled and said: "He is my grandson, your not even his mother or do you just think you are because your sleeping with his father? Pifft! Give me the boy or I will kill you and those two men." She then smiles and said: "Then again they might already be dead." Two of her men showed up quickly. Sandra was clearly in a bit of pain showing that one of Robert's bullets did manage to hit her, so she stood back not going to fight. Suddenly Max and Robert showed up and the two pointed their gun towards her while she just said: "Relax, I didn't touch her just yet." A car suddenly showed up and she quickly got in while the other two men started shooting at Robert and Max.

Jessie kneeled down and used herself to cover Steve from the crossfire, holding him close to herself and placing her arms over his head and ears to keep the noise from hurting his ears, ”Walk backwards some so we can try and escape this.” She began to move with Steve, keeping her body in front of his but soon feeling a sharp burn and extreme pain come from her right shoulder, she was shot but only winced in pain and kept moving with Steve, trying her hardest to not show pain and to keep him safe.

Robert and Max started shooting back and it didn't take them to long to kill the one and badly wound the other. His other man soon showed up with a few people they managed to capture. Steve closed his ears and slowly followed Jessie then slightly grabbed her when she got shot and he softly said: "Youw bleeding." The shooting had come to an end and both Max and Robert hurried over towards the two, Robert spotted her wound then slightly cursed before he said: "We need to leave now, Max take your boy and Jess your coming with me we need to get that wound treated." Steve then hugs Jessie closely before running over to his father who kneels down to pick him up.

Jessie hugs Steve back tightly then stands up, tripping over her own feet but managing to catch herself before she actually fell, she was getting dizzy from blood loss and began to lose her vision, she glanced over to Robert and began to slowly wobble her way towards him, wincing in slight pain yet never letting one tear fall from her eye, ”Robert, please...” She got out before losing consciousness and beginning to fall droopily to the ground.

Max quickly hurried with Steve over to the waiting car while Robert quickly catches Jessie before she could fall. He cursed when she lost consciousness then picked her up quickly and also made his way to the waiting car. After getting in he told them to hurry and the car raced off towards the mansion where they stopped and Robert took Jessie toward his room and placed her in the bed then quickly got Tina who knew some medical work here and there, she then hurried to clean the wound and get the bullet out. After everything was done Robert decided to sit down next to the bed waiting to see if she was alright, he knew a bullet was rather painful. Tina went helping Max with his wounds then the others who where wounded, that did inclue Robert but he just stubbornly said he was fine while waiting for Jessie to wake up.
