"Well, either we're all already there or we'll visit you there for the holidays," Catherine said, "How does that sound? A nice turkey dinner along with the rest of your enemies, and I'm sure they'll all be glad to meet you when you're six feet under!" She let out a laugh, "It'd be fun seeing all the people you've screwed over, I'm sure of it!" She continued for a short while, mumbling and rambling about miscellaneous ideas.

"You won't be getting anything from me," Lockhart growled, raising his voice until it bordered on a shout, flickering with notes of anger and fear.
"Break his arm," Iskari ordered Catherine stoically, keeping her gaze steadily locked with Lockhart's. In that moment, the politician's true cowardice was revealed.
"Wait! No! Please!" Lockhart cried in a desperate plea, his mind seemingly reversed.

Catherine snapped back to reality, but was quickly growing impatient of Lockhart's reluctance. She seemed overwhelmed with joy as Iskari spoke to her. Ignoring the pathetic man's words, she began to twist his arm even worse than before, and just waiting to hear a crack, snap, or any other noise to tell her she had done her job.

Lockhart, obviously not a very intelligent man in that moment, attempted to twist away from Catherine as she bent his arm to an unnatural angle, only succeeding in aiding her cause, as a quiet snap, accompanied by the politician's cry, was emitted from the cracking of his bone.
"Please! I'll- I'll give you the devices, the money, whatever you want!" Lockhart cried, struggling once more to break free of Catherine's grasp.
"If you're so willing, then hand them over," Iskari hissed, motioning to Catherine to free one of the politician's hands.

Catherine smiled as she heard the snap, Lockhart's shout of pain. He was a corrupt man, a coward, and in her mind he deserved to suffer. As he seemed to give in, she let go of his good arm, but whispered into his ear, "Don't try anything this time, it won't work all too well for you." It seemed humorous, his attempts to free himself from her grip. She doubted he could feel too much below the elbow now, but she still kept her grip tight on his other arm just in case he tried something sneaky.

Lockhart was, fundamentally, a stupid man, when put bluntly - thus had already been evidenced. Of course, Lockhart saw the need to show this again.
With an anxious glance between his two captors, Lockhart lashed out his free hand to land a solid punch in Iskari's gut, simultaneously kicking one foot out at Catherine behind him. A malicious grin coming across his face, the old politician attempted to wrench his arm free of Catherine's grasp, already reaching his free hand into his bag in the chaos.

Catherine made an attempt to grab Lockhart's arm as he punched Iskari, but only ended up tripping up as he kicked her legs. She kept her grip on his arm as he tried to break free, but had begun to panic as he reached for yet another device. "Don't you know when to quit?" She growled, and tried standing back up. It wasn't extremely easy with him swinging his arm around as such, but she didn't want to let go of him to let him run just yet.

Iskari recoiled as Lockhart's fist made impact, however she was quick to recover. Eyes widening in alarm as Lockhart's hand disappeared again into his bag, Iskari reacted swiftly, flicking her wrist in a smooth motion which sent the blade of her sword slicing cleanly through the strap of the bag over Lockhart's shoulder. The bag fell to the ground, leaving Lockhart empty handed. Before the politician had a chance to retrieve the troublesome satchel, Iskari snatched the bag up, taking a step back from Lockhart as she did so, to get out of his reach. Glancing quickly inside, Iskari nodded curtly to herself, seemingly pleased with the contents.
"Thank you, Mr. Lockhart. You've been very helpful."
Tossing the bag behind her, Iskari flipped her katana in the air, catching it by the hilt backwards, and plunging the blade into Lockhart's gut without a second's hesitation.

Catherine felt a wave of relief as Iskari was able to get the bag away from Lockhart, and stood back up. She did not yet reach for his other arm, as it was unnecessary now that he had nothing. And as she got to her feet, she was glad she didn't stand right behind him. When Iskari thrust her katana forward, she simply let go of him, and stepped away as she crossed her arms, "Well, that wasn't all too climactic." she muttered, then looked to Iskari before she would have had a chance to even pull out her sword, "It's about time I got that money, he's been owing me ever since he got thrown out of the government." She sighed and rolled her eyes, "Would've looked sooner, but that slick rat was hard to find, and liked to hide much too much for his own good." She shook her head.

"Two years, I've hunted him for," Iskari replied, an odd deviation from her regular, very impersonal speech, "An old colleague of mine mentioned a contract, quite some time ago, and thus, I learned of him. Come to think of it, I'm surprised I've never personally been offered a contract involving his death, considering how many wish him dead. That old colleague died hunting him down, from one of these very devices," Iskari paused, inspecting the spherical device she had pulled from the bag, which she had retrieved, for a moment, before continuing, "And in wake of his death, I took up the contract - just this one. This man was a tyrant and snake, and as much as I try to keep my work unbiased, it would be against my moral code to let him run free. Now, two years later, I suppose I can be certain that he will never run free again."
