Kyo promptly placed the flute back in her obi. She loved the feel of the carvings from her father, but it had to go away at the moment. Now she was looking at the house curiously. "What's behind the name Artemis? It sounds odd." She pondered if she should call out for the cat. On one hand, it would easily catch his attention. On the other hand, he might not be here and she'd wind up looking and sounding like one of those crazy cat ladies... "I'm not a crazy cat lady..." She mumbled under her breath quietly. While the collection of lucky cats and Koneko at home would prove otherwise, no one here had to know that!

"Wouldn't be able to tell you what it means on Mau or the Moon, but I can tell you what it means on Earth. Even though Artemis is older than said Mythos, in Greek Mythology there's a goddess of the Moon and the Hunt named Artemis." Mamoru explained, stepping up to the doorstep and knocking. Imagine his luck if Minako's parents were home for the first time in ages. How awkward would saying 'Hi, your daughter's missing but is your cat home?' be. That's part of why he preferred to go looking for Artemis instead of Luna or Diana. It would be weird as Minako's parents didn't know him. After a few moments, the door opened a crack.

"Oh thank Serenity, you're alive!" A deep voice spoke as a small white cat stepped out from behind the door.

Kyo Nagano - Juuban district - Kitty!

"A goddess... Why give a male cat that name then?" Artemis was a lovely name, but it made absolutely no sense. It continued to bother her, but she decided to stop paying it any mind when a cat came out of the house. The voice that spoke was masculine. The cat itself was white and had an odd mark on it's forehead. "It's..." Kyo scooped the cat up gently and started stroking it's ears with the back of her fingers. It was so soft... "He's so cute! I wish Saori would let me have a cat. I keep telling her it would help with any mice issues and that people would love having a cat around, but no... She's 'allergic.' " Kyo allowed herself a smile as she stroked the cat.

Mamoru Chiba ~ Juuban District ~ Poor Artemis

"It's not like we named him! He was named on Mau!" Mamoru chuckled. "Yes, I'm alive. Hello Artemis. You didn't know I was alright? You've got all of that technology! Did I not show up on any sort of sensor."

"No! You didn't! There was some strange disturbance when we tried to check your house last night. We figured the enemy must have gotten you too!" Artemis said. He glared at Kyo, attempting to push away at first but when she started stroking his fur, he couldn't help but to give in with a purr. "Who's this? She's not a Senshi."

Mamoru shrugged slightly. "Strange... You say that as if she's not actually allergic! This is Gale. Gale, this is Artemis. She's a friend. Remember that time I was missing completely from Earth? I met Gale there. She's from a place called Hyrule."

"That must have been the disturbance! ...Her not you. It's nice to meet you Gale." Artemis purred.

"Saori isn't allergic! She just hates me. Granted I hate her too. She's probably still upset over the whole Tingle doll thing." Kyo held Artemis close. He was such a lovely warm ball of fur. "Very to meet you too. You have such soft fur. I'm jealous of Minako. She doesn't have to deal with a woman who acts like her older sister and hates her." She gently scratched under his chin. Din, he was so cute! "So... why did we come looking for Artemis again? He's super cute and fluffy, but we had a another reason, right?" Kyo was confused by his last statement. "What was the disturbance?"

Mamoru Chiba ~ Juuban District ~ Seriously..?

"Does she really hate you though? Or are you just reading too far into this?" Mamoru chuckled. He sighed, watching Kyo fawn over Artemis. And Artemis just sat there. If Luna were here she'd scold him with no end. Especially saying how he didn't even think to check for Kyo when he started talking. "First of all, you're the one that wanted to go looking for him. Second, remember all of the technology that I barely know how to use? That's Artemis and Luna's specialty. Knowing at least Artemis is here can be a big help, as long as he stays at headquarters."

Artemis lifted his head when Kyo started to scratch under his chin. "You should see Diana! She's tiny!"

"Fits in the palm of your hand." Mamoru added.

"Good thinking, Mamoru. I probably should have thought of that. I couldn't get any response from anyone's communicators last night. Didn't think of staying there. I tried yours too, Mamoru. But, like I said, disturbance." Artemis looked to Kyo more serious than he had been acting. "You're not from here. You've been emitting the energy of your home and that creates disturbances with Mamoru's communicator. We'll have to fix that. I couldn't get in touch with Mamoru last night."

"No. I'm not reading into it too much. She flirts with Ren sometimes. ESPECIALLY when I'm around. She knows I like him..." Kyo tried to restrain her hands from tensing up and squeezing Artemis. It wasn't fair. He had nothing to do with it. "Okay. Cat cuddling and technology. So now we're going all the way back to Crown?" She smiled at the thought of Diana. A kitten that fits in the palm of your hand. "I'd love to meet her. She must be so cute." Kyo scowled back at the first serious glance he gave her. "I'm the disturbance? Well, how was I supposed to know?" It didn't sound like something she could control. "How would one even fix that?"

Mamoru Chiba ~ Juuban District ~ Meow

"Now that's just being rude..." Mamoru shrugged. "We don't have to go back to Crown this minute, we literally just came from there. But then, it's not like there's anything else to do. That Youma probably won't show her face around here for at least a day. Is Diana around, Artemis? And Luna? Or... Are they at Usako's house... "

Artemis hopped down, feeling Kyo tense slightly. He shook his head. "I haven't seen Luna or Diana anywhere. I've checked! Last I knew they were with Usagi and Chibiusa! You weren't! Not blaming you. We'll simply have to recalibrate the systems and- Wait did you say Youma? There was a Youma? That's official then, we're doomed! Sailor Moon has been the only one to be able to defeat a Youma! May as well surrender Tokyo now. We can go to the Moon, Mamoru. See if Queen Serenity has any strength left to send everyone to the future."

Kyo Nagano - Juuban district - We blew it up

Kyo had to admit she wanted to go sightseeing, since they were just at the Crown. But she wasn't sure that was a good suggestion. They did have better things to do. "I really do want to meet those cats..." Kyo shook her head. Shame they were probably missing as well as the senshi. "Er... Don't plan on giving up Tokyo just yet... We found a Youma and sort of... incinerated/blew it up. The stupid thing turned into a pile of ashes and those blew away." Artemis seemed to firmly believe Usagi was the only person capable. She wasn't sure if he was going to believe them.

Before Artemis could try to explain how that wasn't possible, Mamoru spoke up. "It's true. GALE held it off and used some sort of fiery naginata on the Youma then I used the Golden Crystal of Dreams along with my... Only attack and that did it. Granted, she was Morga's power level however, we did defeat a Youma."

"Amazing! I had no idea it was possible... Maybe we're not fully at a loss." Artemis sighed. "There's only so much we'll be able to do with Tuxedo Mask and someone not from this realm. If only we had a True Star Seed... But we have no way to contact any other Senshi, like the Sailor Starlights. Not saying you don't have a True Star Seed, Mamoru. It's just... You know how it is. With you, the Crystal is limited."
