Kyo wasn't exactly sure what to say. "I was thinking earlier is all. And the least I surmised from that thinking is that she's still alive." She decided not bring up how she came to that conclusion. Not unless he really wanted to know. The Sheikah fiddled with her flute in the meantime. "Didn't you sense them earlier? You managed to find the second one on your own." Kyo turned her attention to the screen. It was like... moving pictures almost. Impa had spoken of an old facility that no longer existed, filled with technology and enemies made of machinery, now lost in the sands of the desert.

"Ok then...? That doesn't tell me much, but thanks for the attempt of reassurance..." Tuxedo Mask sighed, turning back to the computer. Fifty percent... He stared at the numbers as they continued to count up. "Only the second one. I have to be very close to a Youma to actually sense it's presence. True Star Seeds can sense when something amiss is happening nearby, but that's it." When the download was finished, he disconnected the communicator and put it back in his pocket. "I can't tell you how grateful I am for Luna, Artemis and Ami. They're geniuses, each of them. The only reason this team can get anything done, if I'm going to tell the truth. Luna guides Usako and Artemis guides Minako. Everything would be chaos with those two if it weren't for the cats. And Ami is... Well, smarter than I am. She wants to be a doctor, which is what I'm studying to be..."

Kyo - Crown - Still cannot fathom talking cats who can use these consoles

Kyo wasn't sure exactly how to respond. She was hoping that it didn't come off as an attempt. Whatever.... If Mamoru wanted to be all negative about it, he could. She was going to try being... less negative and consider the possibility they were actually fine and alive. Oh gods... I'm starting to think like Zelda... "Be positive for once and stop expecting the worst case scenario!" Being negative is MY job! I really need to find some way to cheer this guy up. We can't both be miserable and negative here. Just how..? "I'm not sure what to make of these cats still... How are they capable of this?" She kind of wanted to see for herself. Did they mind being petted and cuddled?

"Well, the simple answer is, they're alien. Not even from the same star system! Technically, in Silver Millennium, everyone was alien to each other. Endymion fell in love with an alien from the moon. Sailor Mars is a literal Martian. But Luna and Artemis are even more different, as their planet isn't in the Solar System. I don't remember what star system Mau is from, but at this point it doesn't matter. Galaxia has destroyed their home planet." Tuxedo Mask, tilted his head, trying to remember. Did Luna ever even mention the name of her home star system? He could only remember the name of the planet and the senshi. Mau. It was a shame Mau was destroyed, he would have loved to meet Sailor Mau. ...Especially in her cat form. Cute little Senshi kitty... Maybe it was better he never met Sailor Mau. He could only imagine Usagi and himself all over that poor senshi. "They also have a humanoid form, but they tend to stay in their cat form for multiple reasons. One, it allows them to stay close to Usako and Minako. They get to play the role of their pets. It would be a bit creepy if their parents saw Luna and Artemis in their humanoid forms hanging out with Usagi and Minako. ...And when they're home? They'd have to hypnotize their parents, like Chibiusa did. Bit weird. Two, it's more comfortable to be a cat. Three? I think they like the attention. All the hugs and love, especially from Usako, Minako, Ami and myself."

"That explanation doesn't make sense. For starters, I don't know this "solar system" you speak of. Or these "aliens". The word is defined as unfamiliar or not of one country or region considered home. You use it like it refers to race." Kyo honestly had no idea what he was talking about. But at least he seemed to cheer up a bit..? She was dying to meet these cats. They sounded so cute and fluffy! She was going to snuggle them since Mamoru said they seemed to enjoy it. "I'd always bring stray cats in the village. Impa never let me keep any of them. Now Saori doesn't either... She says she's "allergic" but I've seen her cuddle cats before with no issues. I hate her..." Kyo fiddled with a loose strand of hair. It was curly from being tied up in a braid all the time. "So, where do these cats usually live? I'd love to see these cats."

"Wh-what? Do you... Are you... Ok, so a star system is a group of planets that orbit around a star. This star system is known as the Solar System. Earth is one of the many planets that orbit the Sun. Each of the Senshi I've mentioned are from the planet they're named for. If I weren't a man, I'd be Sailor Earth. Or even better, if the Golden Crystal went to a woman who deserved it. She'd be Sailor Earth. And I still mean alien in the way you do. Only difference is I mean on a larger scale. People from different planets count as aliens." Tuxedo Mask explained. The cats... Shoot, where were they? He couldn't remember if he thought to try going looking for them. That should have been one of the first things he did. What an idiot he was! They knew more about anything than he did! "Well... Diana and Luna live at Usako's house... And Artemis Minako's... I can't promise they're around. And I'm not going to face Usako's parents... Kenji and Ikuko must be worried sick... Their daughter as well as their supposed 'niece' are missing. I could never show myself to them as of right now. Unless Luna hypnotized them into believing they're out somewhere. Or that Shingo never even had an older sister. And that's just heartbreaking... I don't think Minako's parents live in Japan? I'm pretty sure they're still in Britain. Or if they live here, they're never home. So Artemis is our best bet."

Kyo - Crown - Still doesn't get it

"Okay." Kyo was still confused. Orbit in what? But trying to work it out in her head only gave her a headache, so she nodded slightly. She clearly had no idea, but she felt that explaining more would take too long and she's still not get it. Looking for one of these cats sounded like a much better use of their time. She was eager to meet one too. "So we're looking for one of the talking cats? This should be interesting..." She so badly wanted to snuggle one. Cats were so so soft and fluffy, save the hairless ones the Gerudo kept. She hated those cats. She tried petting one once, but it felt weird with no fur.

(Ooh, one the topic of the cats, I saw a Luna plushie at the EB Games earlier!)

Tuxedo Mask let his transformation fade. He was once again wearing his green jacket, black turtleneck and purple pants. "If we're going cat hunting, I'd switch to something more comfortable. And more... Uh... Appropriate for walking around on the streets." He stood and lead the way upstairs. "Are you still hungry? We should probably eat something. No use searching on an empty stomach. Motoki sells food upstairs. Or we can find some other place, if you feel Crown isn't good enough."[/center

Kyo - Juuban districtm- Food

"Depends... what does he usually provide?" Usually she wouldn't be worried about food, but she didn't trust modern foods just yet. Here her tastes would be called traditional. So would her clothing choices and hobbies. She changed to the same yukata and zõri from earlier: a deep dark blue one with patterns: white flowers consisting of dots and the occasional gold flower. The obi was white and tied at the back, her flute a fan was tucked into it. Her was in a bun with some left loose, somewhat remniscent of a ponytail, held up with pins. It was soooo much better than those modern clothes. Why would anyone here stop wearing traditional clothes? "..He doesn't serve miso soup, sashimi or takoyaki, does he?"

"Very nice. Much more fitting!" Mamoru chirped, giving Kyo a thumbs up. "Makes pretty good miso soup and takoyaki. Wouldn't say it's the best I've ever had, but still really good. If that's ok with you, we can go upstairs. Down here is Game Center Crown, but upstairs it's Fruits Parlor Crown. Despite it's name, they don't only sell fruity things. Everything's just known as Crown." He explained. Motoki waved to him with a cheery smile, and this time he waved back. He would have gone over to strike up conversation, but he had to wait for Kyo's answer.
