He noticed Leo walking over and sighed with relief, "Good Afternoon Leo!" He was pleased to see him, the workload had been rough and didn't help the nurse constantly barraging him all day. He did get a sizable workload done though but it showed, he had bags under his eyes and he walked a little slower. "How was your day?"

"Good thanks."Leo smiled looking at James taking in the fact he looked tired and worn out,due to the bags under his eyes.Leo felt a pang of regret as the doctor obviously worked really hard and he guessed didn't get the recognition he deserved,and the lawyers weeks was full of society dinners and he didn't work as hard as he should.
"Busy day?"He asked obviously knowing the answer.

He smiled weakly, "Could've been worse." He laughed, "What about you?" He pulled his bag up on his shoulder and looked up at Leo. "Courthouse busy?" He sighed and started walking, assuming Leo would follow, he didn't really want to stay standing, he just wanted to sit down.

"Ah.At least its over.Tomorrow is a new day."Leo admitted sympathetically looking down at James as he started walking.Leo followed him his hand still in his pockets.
"It was okay actually,thankfully I have a more demanding case to work on."He smiled down at the other man as he walked at his side."I do prefer to have a good case to sink my teeth into."He told him.

He chuckled and nodded, the weekend was soon, some times he got it off. He turned to Leo, he was curious now. He knew he shouldn't ask but his morbid curiosity was too strong. "Oh? How so?" He bit his lip, he wasn't aware if you could ask such things.

"It's a murder,we have only been told it was a murder of a high ranking government official,his deranged brother-in-law walked up to him and shot him,no clear motive.But its All very hush hush at the moment but I'll be told more about it tomorrow."He smirked looking down at James,tapping his nose at mischievously.
He obviously couldn't tell James everything about his new case,but telling him a few details wouldn't hurt.

His eyes widened, "W-what?!" He started shaking, "How did he not have any guards?" He found it worrisome. He looked up at Leo, he had seen many gun shot wounds in his time spent as a doctor but he always became somewhat uncomfortable upon hearing about them. "Do you know who they were? The official I mean."

"That's the strange part.No one was there,none of his staff."Leo informed James frowning slightly.
He placed a hand on the other man's shoulder in support.
"The victim was fifty year old,Senator Philip McKinley.Have you heard of him?"Leo asked lowering his tone as he looked down at the other man.

He looked at the ground, "Strange." He whispered. He thought over it, a few little theories that led to nothing sprung into his head. He flinched slightly when Leo placed his hand on his shoulder. "O-oh? I may have, I'm not very sure." He was quite forgetful, especially when it came to names, he would see tons in one day. He sighed, "It is unfortunate though, was he a respected man?"

"Yes actually,to my knowledge.He had many "fans",who were following his political career.So far all the evidence that has been given supports the fact that the brother-in-law killed him,so that makes my job,touch wood,easy."Leo told the doctor knocking slightly on the nearest tree.

"So,have you got any plans tonight,got a beautiful date?"Leo laughed slightly trying to improve the mood and change the tone of their conversation.
