"How are you two doing?" Will asked as he smiled at little, Kenzie was happily nestled close to Max in human form.

Lieta went with him to her closet, her safe place, "She is having a baby now, isn't she?" she asked softly.
Thomas nodded, "I think Chess is." he said softly, he looked over as Matthias came in. The wizard didn't smile, but he looked at her, "Do you want him in here?" he asked as he motioned to Thomas.

Kenzie smiled happily as he stayed nestled up to Max. "Very well. We have overtaken the television and have been watching marathons of cheesy television dramas." Kenzie explained.

Moss mewed and nodded.
Wicca nodded and groaned. "Mattias, you should smile it suits you better..." She murmured.

"Aww how adorable, I am glad that you guy are together, you are so cute together, please make sure you take care of your sister." he said.

Matthias silently nodded, he got to work, but he didn't smile.

Kenzie was always just so content that his parents approved of him and his choice in dating partner. "I will pops. I will try and trick mother into seeing the doctor too." He spoke. "Maybe I will say Roo, your newest heir, needs a check up." He mused.

Wicca kept an eye on Mattias.

"Roo, that is still taking getting used to.' he laughed and smiled, "Please Kenzie, you are such a wonderful son and I am so glad you found happiness with Max, he's so good for you." Max let out a happy whine as he heard that, he nuzzled Kenzie excitedly, he was glad that Kenzie's parents loved him. They were his only family now, and he tried his very hardest to be a good part of that family and babysat as well as taking care of protecting the family when he could.

Matthias was silent as he worked, he wasn't a healer, but he knew what to do, and he was good at it. But he wasn't happy anymore, he lost Chester and he hadn't even realized it, which was the part that hurt him the most.

"Her actual name iS Ruth Anne but I call her Roo or Rudy." Kenzie spoke with a happy laugh. Kenzie gave Max nose a kiss. "Thanks dad. I love you and I am sure Max loves ya too." He spoke.

Wicca wished she could heal his broken heart. "Mattias, you should put yourself out there again. It is what Chester would have wanted..." She whined trying to distract herself.

"I know." he laughed and smiled, "Have a good night, and you too Max." he laughed as he heard them, "I have to go, tell your mother I love her." he said, he hung up, knowing he needed to save the battery.

Matthias worked silently, "No." he said softly, "He would have wanted me to notice." he said as worked, "Would you like me to ease the pain?" he asked her.

Kenzie smiled and set the phone down. He snuggled up to Max starting to fall asleep before Roo started her nightly crying.

Wicca shook her head. "No, he would have wanted you to be happy and moved on." She spoke as she held onto Thomas.

Max stood and went to get her, he hummed and picked her up, "Hey Roo Roo! You cute little night owl." he told her happily, he loved feeling useful, and he liked Ruth Anne, she was a sweet kid, even if she cried lots at night.

Thomas held her hand gently and he kept stroking her hair softly. Matthias was silent as he worked.

Eli looked over thankfully at Max as he came and got the crying girl. She fell asleep, exausted.

Kenzie watched him go and smiled as he fell asleep finally.

Wicca was too focused on wanting happiness for Mattias. She gently squeezed Thomas's hand as pains went through.
