Prince II (Isaiah Irving): On his way to the Silver Serpent Tavern...He is currently lost in a forest right now
"...Okay...Those were the worst directions I have ever been given! I am never talking to another weirdo on the side of the path ever again," said Isaiah as he stumbled across a patch of slippery mud. The young prince normally wouldn't ask anyone for directions, but he was kind of in a hurry right now. It had only been about a week since he ran away from home and the clock was ticking. In his satchel he had a piece of paper. A paper from his grandmothers special book. Ever since he was little, his grandmother told him of wonders from her book. Special magic that held great power within every sentence. However, the book was full of danger and contained multiple secrets not meant for just anyone's eyes. II always wondered what was inside. What wonders were being kept in such a contained space. But his grandmother would not let him near the book. He could only view it from it's concealed glass tank that covered it. That's where it all began. Before running off from home, II disobeyed his grandmothers wishes and opened the book. He saw only what his corrupted heart could see and looked over it's fine pages. But one caught his eye specifically. Something about this page spoke to him. Even though he had no clue what it meant, he just felt as though he needed to have it. The prince made a quick move and ripped it out of the book, grabbed his things, and ran from the palace. "Ugh...This is just great. I'm lost, I've already got my boots dirty, and I still don't know what this freaking page means!" Isaiah swiftly pulled the partly ripped page out of his bag. "I don't even know why I decided to grab this page...It was a good idea at first, but all this page has are some stupid spells written on it...." The spells themselves read along the lines of...
The fearful emerald hides
within the misty swamp below
The leery Sapphire rests deep
underneath the ice and snow
The raging amethyst burns
bright with a fiery combustion
The dismal ruby wi
g about
....The rest of the last spell was cut off when he ripped out the page.
"These spells don't even do anything! Ugh....Hopefully I can get back on the right path and get to the Silver Serpent soon enough. Normally that place has tons of wizards and what not who can understand this jumbled up mess." Isaiah walked deeper into the forest trying to find his way around the fallen down trees and and uprooted tree stumps. "Well those are totally normal to see," He said sarcastically as he had just seen five knocked over trees and at least seven uprooted tree stumps. "Okay...It's time to book it out of here before I become as wrecked as that tree over there." He then darted his eyes over to a tree that was completely ripped up, probably by some large animal. Isaiah then heard some soft voices in the distance. "Shoot...Who else could possibly be in the woods right now?... No matter. I'll just work my way around them." He then pulled his dark cloak over his head. He then brought his hand up to his face to put his hair behind his ear. The prince felt a slight tear on his cheek. His human disguise was coming undone. "Awe man...I'll have to touch that up later, but for now I really have got to get out of here." He then continued to walk, putting the page back in his satchel and guiding his hand towards the knife on his belt.
