he followed her, surprised she still knew where his bedroom was. When she asked the question he nodded, pointing down the hallway. "Ya know.. The fact your a shifter changes our relationship... I hope you know this" he said in a flat tone of voice. His father always disapproved of how much time rvander spent with falein and Evander now knew why. His father suspected she was a shifter.

She stopped and turned to face him when he started to talk. "Why? It makes no difference to me that you know." Then she realized that he may not be comfortable. "Oh, I get it if you don't feel comfortable around me because I'm a shifter. It's ok." She turned back around and started to walk again.

Evander

He shook his head, "no I don't care about being confortable." He started, opening the door to his room as they arrived. It was pretty big and had a nice large bed with dark covers. His room was very darkly colored and almost looked like an emo teenager lived here. "I've devoted the last... 10 to 15 years of ny life getting this city clean of all shifters... And now that I know you're a shifter... And your a princess and an old friend... Its different." He wandered over to a desk and dat down, poking at a few papers he had lying on it.

She walked in behind him and went and sat on the bed. She looked at his back and said, "Well, I'm sorry you feel that way. I guess you really have changed." She took off her cloak and laid it at the foot of his bed. She laid down, not even bothering to pull up the covers and immediately fell asleep.

Evander

He turned around after hw heard her breathing change. Fast asleep. Getting up from his chair he walked over to the bed. He took one of his gloves off and gently pushed aome of her hair from her face. "I haven't changed... In the same as before... Just.. Confused" he spoke softly. He grabbed a blanket and gently placed it over her as she slept.

(Something intense should happen.)

She stayed asleep, not even stiring when he pulled the blanket over her.

Hmm... What about a ball to celebrate her return and there falein meets a bunch of fellow shifters and befriends them and probably falls in love with one, making evander angry? We couls theow in two more temporary characters, one boy and one girl. I could play them both or just the guy, depending on what you want lol.

i was also thinking that her business that she had to go do could be to see her boyfriend/shifter for the last time, because she knew evander would just capture him if he knew he was a shifter. then evander would get jealous

either one is totally fine with me
your idea is probably more practical and could add a lot more drama

Her shifter boyfriend could show up at the ball maybe? And that could be when she decides she probably needs to cut it off for his safety and tries to sneak out like a few days after the ball to meet him secretly?
