"Alright Shep you got to get in the zone now."He motivated himself as he started jogging,finally being able to stretch his legs after hours and hours of sitting down.He needed a drink but it was better to stay sober,he shook his head violently trying to suppress his alcoholic urges.

Ugh, I had to talk to someone, thought Syren. I just want to get this over with. She checked hey watch. I have AV hour and a half until the match. I am scheduled to fight my opponent, follow them, take them down, and then bring them back to The Organization for
questioning. I have three or four hours and then I'm back on a plane towards home. She started to high in no general direction. I gotta get ready.

Shepherd carried on running for ten minutes then he decided to stop.
He decided make his way slowly back to the warehouse.
Shep walked slowly along the street his hands firmly in his pockets.

Syren ran for thirty more minutes, turned around, and then walked back to the warehouse. This got her there right on time. A bunch of people were already gathered here. Good, now it would be less easy for people to pick her out. There was only one other girl. Another blonde who was wearing a very short skirt and something you could barely call a shirt. A large man with what seemed like hundreds of tattoos walked over to her. "You are a pretty over dressed tonight, honey." She smirked and said, "I'm here to fight, not mess around with you oafs." She then walked away and leaned on the end of the door.

Shepherd was back at the ware house,a few people were there loitering around smoking,drinking and chatting.
The man from earlier walked up to him."Follow me."He demanded and Shep followed him.He sat down in an old leather chair in the makeshift dressing room."I'll come back when we need ya."He grumbled walking out of the door slamming it behind him."Thanks,that was extremely helpful and educational."He mumbled looking around the room lazily the dim light flickering slightly.

A man walked up to Syren (same as the one who took Shep). He held out his hand and she took it. "Carmen, right? You're the only girl here so watch out." "Thanks, but I can hold my own very well. And yes, it is Carmen."
"Alright, well follow me." He turned around and motioned for her to follow him. He took her to an old room with peeling wallpaper. "You'll be staying here until I come and get you. You're fight #4 so you won't have to wait so long." He the walked out and closed the door behind him.

Shepherd sat impatiently in the room leaning back in his chair as far as he could.
He slipped of his hoodie and placed it on the dressing table so he was now just in a plain black t-shirt along with a grey pair of jogging bottoms.
He cracked his knuckles loudly waiting to be called upon.

As Syren waited, she thought about who she would fight. Maybe a big guy with tattoos. Most of the guys out there were pretty big. Maybe he would have a cool scar. She didn't care. It didn't matter to her.
