When morning came the storm was still raging on. Kodi was still fast asleep but he was nuzzled up to Ash now for warmth as they slept in the den. They could have started a fire but all the wood was wet right now.

[wolf?]

Ash had woken up in the night when Kodi had nuzzled up to him, he had to be a light sleeper as a rogue. Ash smiled and fell back to sleep.

[cswolf.]

Kodi was a heavier sleeper as he usually had his pack to rely on to wake him up when there was trouble. He snored softly as he stayed cuddled up to Ash for the warmth he required. Ash seemed to be older and larger than Kodi and it was perfect for him to gain warmth from him.

[wolf?]

Ash sat silently beside Kodi, happy to be able to help him as he watched the storm rage on outside. There was no sign of stopping as the constant stream of water fell. Thunder could be heard in the distance after a faint flash of lightning.

Kodi shook as the thunder raged on. He hated thunder with a passion. He whined softly in his sleep.

[wolf?]

Ash looked over at Kodi when he heard the whine and put an arm around him comfortingly. It's what his parents would do when he got frightened in the night.

Kodi placed his hands on his arm and snuggled into him more, falling asleep once more.

[wolf?]

Ash wasn't quite used to having someone curled up beside him, but it was comforting. He watched still as the rain poured down. He has always loved thunder storms, he found the occasional lightning strikes to look amazing.

Kodi was still asleep as the storm raged on. His pack was worried about him. They wondered if he was ok and had found shelter easily. But they did not hear his scared howls so he must have found shelter from the thunder.

[wolf?]

Ash shifted a bit as he watched the storm outside, keeping his arm around Kodi as long as he could. It was getting to be around nine o' clock, but there was no real way of knowing through the thick storm clouds.
