“Well sorry Bec but you are out of the pack. Also sorry for stealing your man, but he is really handsome.” He said casually. “Really you have lost everything. But I am sure that you can find a new pack to join. Or you can just be a rouge. It will be fine. “I would like two volunteers to escort her off of our lands. The two that do, have a better chance than the others of being trained by me to be better fighters. I really want to meet all of you and learn your names although I do know some of you. I will meet with you all later to discuss the future of this pack and my goals for us.” He said to them all. “For now, we will be in our room.” He said and picked up Kodi bridal style to keep up the fact that Kodi should have been injured after the fight. “I need some directions. Things are different since the last time I was here.” He whispered to him.

Kodi wrapped his arms around Nikko's neck to steady himself and adjusted his ankle a funny looking way to make it look like his ankle was injured. "Of course." He whispered back to him. "Just walk through the front door and to the stairs. Walk up to the third floor and the largest room at the end is the alpha suite, your new room." He explained to him with a smile.

“Okay thank you. I have to keep up the I know what I am doing act.” Nikko whispered back and walked with him still in his arms. He walked into his room and closed the door with his foot. He walked to his very large bed and set Kodi down before sitting down next to him. Nikko smiled at him. “I am so glad that this worked.” He said to him happily. “It is amazing.” He said to him.

Kodi chuckled and got up. He locked the door and then he came back to Nikko. He sat beside him. "It is going to be interesting I will say the least." He spoke as he looked at him. "You are going to need to meet with your wolves one by one to see if they are going to stay in the pack with you as alpha or leave. That was you have no traitors like Bec was going to be." He explained to him as he sat there with him. "It was odd for those wolves to see me submit but honestly it felt natural." He admitted to him.

“I know I need to do that. I just hope that we do not lose too many of them. Most seemed happy that Bec was kicked out so I might have a chance of keeping most of them. I am so glad that I don’t have to do this alone at least. I have you to help me. I am glad that you feel good about this because I do too. I have missed seeing you.” He said to him. “I hope the last week has not been too rough on you. Bec did let you get some sleep right?” He asked looking at him.

"You will not lose too many of them. A lot of them did not like my father's leadership anyways." Kodi told him. "Just listen to their concerns and tell them how you plan to fix them." He explained to him as he looked at him. "Yes, I will be here to help you." He added with a smile. "Bec did not let me get much sleep. She whined and clung to me in her sleep. She bombarded me with wedding planning and other concerns." He explained to him. "Most times when she was awake I was with her. When she was asleep I was training with my parents..." He added.

“Alright. I will do the best that I can. I am a pretty quick thinker so I can make this work. I am positive that they already know that I will be very different than him.” He said to him. He listened to what he said about the female and nodded. “Well, first order as alpha is for you to come here and sleep.” Nikko said and took his shoes off and laid down on the bed before taking Kodi’s hand and pulling him down to sleep. He had a lot that he needed to do, but it was clear that Kodi was his first priority before he went and talked to the others. That and he was tired as well.

Kodi nodded. "Make the people happy and you will have their loyalty for a long while." He explained to him with a yawn. He took his shoes off as well before letting himself be drug back down onto the bed. He laid down with his face nestled against Nikko's neck and he began to fall asleep. He hoped this all worked out well.

Nikko smiled and put his chin on is head. “I will do my best. Sleep well.” He said quietly and closed his eyes as well. He was dreaming about all that was going on in the pack and what his father thought of him and many other things. None of them were turning out bad. His whole dream was the best case scenario and it was good for him because he was gaining even more confidence. He slept peacefully.

Kodi slept peacefully as well, catching up on the sleep that Bec did not let him have when they were dealing with the whole wedding prep. He was happy to just have some time to sleep and not worry about anything in the world at all at that moment. That was what he wanted and that was what he got.
