Kate gave a nod and said: "The demon will be easier for that fact of not wanting to be close to humans but that still leaves us with the question then where is he... But I still don't like those strange creature things we need to find, the almost seem and feel humans besides that they seem to have some kind of strange power." She then looked towards the girl and back at him as he asked her to stay. She gave a quick: "Okay." and stood there watching him walk towards the girl. As she waited she started looking around her almost appearing lost, but she just tried seeing if she could get any hints. Kate sighs softly then heard someone ask her if she was alright, she looked at the elderly man and shook her head with a smile saying that she was alright. He gave a nod a and left. She then looked back towards where Aym was.

Kate sees him returning and tilted her head slowly walking closer to him and said: "Guessing she didn't want to speak to you much seeing her face... and the fact you handed her money." she laughed softly and said: "So was there any helpful information? Oh I also know about a few private areas where our demon can be hiding." She crossed her arms as she looked at him.

"Yeah she wasn't keen on talking." Aym said with a light shrug of his shoulders. "The demon will absolutely be somewhere a bit hidden. She did say that there were a couple odd people that had just come into town. They were staying in one of the local motels but there's no telling if they've left yet or not." He said. "The demon will probably be a bit harder to find since they'll blend in a little better than most. She had said there were rumors of something a little uneasy in the town but who knows." He said looking back at her.

"We can check whoever place first. We'll have equally good chances on both places." He said, thinking everything over. "We just need to get going and get it over with." He said, realizing it was a bit odd that he was working with her in a team.

Kate blinked a few times saying: "Wait wait wait... couple? Does that mean there are more of them!?" She sighs and shook her head a bit. Then looked back at him saying: "Well maybe we should go check out the motel see if we can find out anything, maybe even find someone." Kate thinks a bit about something being uneasy then started wondering what that could mean. She slowly let's her hands down saying: "Well it's rather strange that they would start up uneasy things of they are trying to blend in, maybe they are all conected some how... you know like a bigger plan or something." She knows she might be wrong but was just thinking out loudly anyway. She looked around and then sighs hoping that there wasn't more of those strange creature like things walking around.

Kate looks at him saying: "We can check the motel first, it might lead us to a better place of finding them... besides I think it has a higher chance of giving us an idea where they are." She then gave a nod saying: "Well then alright... lead the way." She got ready to follow him knowing he most likely knew more anyway. She started wondering about everything and those strange creatures still bothered her so she hoped they will be dealt with quickly.

"it wouldn't surprise me if something bigger was going on. This is a complicated situation." Aym said with a light sigh, walking with her. "I mean I don't even know what those things are. They're too strong to be human." He said as he navigated his way to the motel. "Though I doubt they'll be over st the motel anymore if they found out we killed one." He said, though the word we was an uncommon word in his vocabulary. "I don't know what's goin' on with them but I know it's not good. They might even be connected to the demon all things considered." He said with a sharp sigh, almost giving himself a headache from thinking about all of these things. He was pretty confused about why the demons would only send him on a mission that would clearly take more. He almost died at the hands of one of those things let alone two or three. He shook his head, clearing his thoughts mildly. He would worry about that later, for now he had to focus on actually completing this.

They soon reached the motel, a worn down old thing. It looked its age, the bright neon sign outside flashed the word vacancy. He looked at the building skeptically, wondering why these scary creatures would stay in some place like this. Even he had the decency to get a nice place to stay, or at least, a mediocre looking place. The smell of cigarette smoke lingered in this place and it looked like it contained every disease and bug he could think of. Maybe the girl had given him a false lead and ran off with his cash.

Kate frowns saying: "I wonder... If they did find out we killed one, where would they go? I think they will try hiding on the last place we can think of... maybe even try blending in with the humans, they could hang out at bars and stange places... but that still leaves them with a needed place to stay." She sighs and said: "If it is the work of demons then why would they send you to try stop them... besides what kind of demon holds the strength those things had without changing into their true forms? This is like some crazy confusing puzzle." She looked up at him then back towards the roads saying: "It was hard taking down one... I don't think we can handle it od we got attacked by a few so we should get a way to get one away from the others, but not sure how we will pull that off." Her green eyes slowly gazed down until she heard Aym stop. Kate gazed up seeing the building and slightly held her breath at the strong small coming from it. She gave this weird look as she said: "Okay... it that place even safe to enter for demons? I think a human would die on impact." She took a breath and said: "Maybe it looks better inside?" A doubt in her voice but she tried being positive.

Kate made her way over to the run down looking place, her eyes fixing on sign as she gave a small frown at the thing. She walked closer to the building and looked over at Aym saying: "Should we enter and ask whoever is still alive in there?" Her head tilted as she soon slightly held her breath ones more not really enjoying this much but did want whoever these people are dead. She sighs softly hoping the strange things where still here or maybe whoever was knew where they went. She looked back at Aym saying: "If this is something the demons planned maybe these things turned against them so they send you? Who knows, that demon guy we need to get might even be apart of this plan." She looked at the building not really feeling like entering but did it anyway.

"I have no idea what's going on but it's not good. No one really gave me any kind of details about this but we'll see what's going to happen." Aym said with a light huff. "All we can do is sit here and hope we don't die." He said, laughing mildly. He knew the place looked terrible and he wasn't sure that they would even survive walking inside. He shrugged his shoulders. "Let's head inside." He said, pushing open the door. The small sound of a bell was heard, telling whoever worked here that someone entered. The entire place smelled like sour cigarette smoke. He walked to the front desk where a girl sat, probably wishing she was out of here as much as them. She clearly wasn't interested in her job as she hardly looked up when Aym spoke.

"Hey listen, we're looking for some guys that we heard are staying here. Heard some rumors there were a couple sketchy dudes hiding around here." Aym said quickly, looking her over. She almost laughed when she heard him. "Pal, literally anyone who stays here is sketchy. You're gonna have to be more specific, got a name?" She asked. Aym had to think back to the previous night, before he nearly got beat to death he heard the name Daniel. He told her and she quickly typed something into the computer. "Yeah check room 14." She said, he was surprised she even gave out the information. He figured she just didn't care enough about this place to withhold it. She preferred just to tell someone than to hide it and risk anything.

Kate sighs and said: "Getting killed is not on my bucket list thank you... so let's not go that far." She gave a small nod before she entered the place after him. Her green eyes slowly gazing around then towards the girl who sat there. She wondered where the smell of the cigarettes even came from, didn't seem like someone was smoking close by. She remained following Aym but stayed silent trying to think of something or some kind of plan. She got pushed out of her thoughts as she heard the girl and Aym talking to each other. Slightly frowning hearing that Aym had a name for the person. She wondered how he knew it, he could have overheard it somewhere or the demons could have told him. She then watched them finish and smiles at the girl saying: "Thank you!" Her eyes then gazed towards Aym as she said: "Got a plan?"

Slowly Kate started walking again to see if she could find the room. She thinks a bit then said: "Well I guess we should just go to the room... but what then? Don't think fighting in a place like this will be good, we still need to get whoever he is away from this building into a safer area." She sighs hoping this won't turn out bad. She didn't want to end up getting killed by some unknown creature or destroy the city trying to stop him. She gazed at the floor thinking to deeply again and slightly tripped over the floor before she was finally back into this world clearing her head. She still remained worried but tried keeping her head clear, besides what could possibly go wrong? She thought then placed a smile on her face to cheer herself up looking back up at Aym saying: "Better be ready to fight, I don't want to end up the only one fighting." Joking with a small cheerful smile as she reminds looking at him.

"Dont worry, I can't let you die yet. I'll be fighting by your side as best I can." Aym said with a nod. "I don't have a plan, not a decent one at least. We could try waiting and seeing if they leave the motel room. Maybe break in and attack them, doesn't seem like anyone around here will care. We could try to lure them away somehow if you're still worried." He said with a light sign. "I hope we don't get more than we can handle though. It's a risk anyway we handle it." He said.

He tapped his foot on the ground, thinking over everything they could do. "What do you think? Got any ideas of what might work out?" He asked. He wasn't worried about losing the fight, as long as there were no more than two of them they could handle it. He was surprised that he was working as a team with this angel, unused to having someone else with him.

Kate shook her head with a small smile as she watched him. She then started thinking and said: "Waiting could work but then they will be going deeper into the city... That is a danger to humans, so we could wait then lure him away some how." She looked around and said: "Problem is we don't know how many of them are here, sure we are after one but it still leaves us with the fact the others could attack us... And that won't be good." She looked back at Aym and said: "Well your the one who knows what he should look like so you better find him quickly, the sooner we out of their hair the better." She smiles tilting her head a bit to the right.

"I don't have any ideas at the moment, but if your plan of waiting takes to long or fails we can try seeing if they are willing to help a lady in trouble... But then again I don't think so, just maybe it can be a way to lure them off." Kate replied while she leans against a wall crossing her arms and said: "And if all plans fail, then we just attack... by that time I would be way to annoyed." She laughed lightly and looked over at Aym.

[im so so sorry for not replying ^^; I feel terrible I just really haven't had the motivation to do anything.]

Aym smiled, actually enjoying planning with her. "I mean you've got my ideas." He said, he wasn't completely happy with the fact that her main mission was to protect the humans, but he could figure something out. "I guess our best option is to wait. Unless you think you can lure them out." He said, he knew well that he wasn't the most charming person. If she could get them away from the motel it would be a lot easier.

"Any way we do it we have to be prepared to fight. It might be a little rough especially after last night." Aym said. "If we fight here we might have issues with cameras." He said, gently glancing in the direction of the video camera that was meant for security. He didn't really want the police following him around for killing a couple of monsters, it would make the rest of his mission pretty hard. Plus if anyone saw him in his demon form they might have even bigger issues than just the police.
