Kate listened then slightly thinks and softly repeated his name: Harborym..." she then looked back at him and said: "Alright I will call you Aym." Kate knew she shouldn't talk to him and should defeat him but he seemed harmless to humans so she wasn't going to randomly attack him for no reason but if someone does find out she could be in trouble for it. She would attack him if needed but hopes it doesn't come to that. Aym seemed nice in his own way so she wasn't going to bother him.

Kate then gave a small nod and said: "Good... Wait how many of those strange things must you kill?" well she guessed that is what he was after since she did see him fight one and they seemed strong and dangerous. She then got an idea that might just help both of them, if she helped him he would go back to his underworld so her job would be done and they would get rid of the scary strange human like things. Kate then said: "Since You struggle to fight them I will help you... That would help both of us finish what we tried to do." she gave a small smile happy with the idea even ifit did mean he completes his mission. She didn't mind if he doesn't harm humans.

"I appreciate the help." Aym said. It was rare for him to accept any kind of help due to his stubborn personality. "There's one other like the man we fought last night. The rest of my mission is just finding an old demon that went off the grid." He explained mildly, pretty similar to the way he was told. He was more of a servant than anything, doing that the higher up demons wanted him too. In all honesty he just preferred being on earth. Hell wasnt the best place.

He looked at her. Who would've though he would befriend an angel. He knew it wasn't really a friendship as much as it was a partnership. The only friendships he ever really had were very toxic so this was quite new to him. "Well, I guess we can go look for them now." He said.

Kate frowns a bit, an old demon? Why? There where a lot of demons already. Kate looked at him and said: "Why do you need to find a demon? I mean you have a million demons already why need just one." Kate wondered if he even knew he doesn't seem to say much about what he does. Maybe he doesn't have a choice doing what he do. Kate shook her head, no it couldn't be. Kate then said: "Well guess we can get going to find demons as well but it's not like I can randomly find them easily." she looked around a bit.

Kate sighs softly and looked at the sky blinking a bit then said: "If You do finish what you started then what? You just go back to the underworld?" she tilted her head as a looked back at her. Kate then slowly started walking as she placed her hands behind her back. Then looked back at him and said: "So where should we go first? Lead the way Mr. Aym." she smiles a bit.

Harborym smiled lightly. "It's a bit more than just another demon. Certain ones have a higher rank or have information the others need. If one wanders off its demons like me who are forced to find them and make sure they either get punished or tell me what they know." He explained with a light shrug. "It's not complicated it's just making sure everything's organized. It isn't easy running hell you know." He said.

"Yeah, after i finish everything I've done I go back. If I do it well they'll send me back otherwise I stay back there for a long time." He said, kind of explaining how it worked down there. "I'm mostly just looking for information at this point. I have practically nothing to go off of."

Kate tilted her head and said: "Okay so you find demons for information? Interesting." She smiles a bit. That could kind of help her as well, if they started talking about information she could also learn something. She placed both her hands behind her back and said: "Guess it could be... most likely harder than taking care of heaven since you need to stop the demons from killing each other." She was basically just talking about stories she heard about demons, didn't know if they where true or not but didn't care she was cerous.

Kate looked up at the sky a bit and said: "It almost makes it sound like we are not so different... after we completed things we also go back to heaven... sometimes I wonder why we keep going on, doing a job then going back just to leave for a other job." She got ready to follow him and then smiles wondering if she could ask him questions. She didn't know much about demons and it would be interesting to ask.

"I guess it's part of it. Demons are chaotic creatures, myself included, always trying to start fights." Aym said with a light shrug of his shoulders. "I guess we are similar in a way. After all most of the demons want to be on earth. There's a reason why no one likes it down there. All the demons are cruel creatures who enjoy torture and pain." He said, shivering at the thought.

He preferred it up on earth anyway. Humans were terrible but it was better than the alternative. He figured the angels would prefer to be in heaven though. He had heard mild stories but was never friendly enough with an angel to know anything true. Any angels he ran into were eager to fight. She was too but she had been a little different than the others.

Kate listened to him speak and started wondering about some things. She felt a bit sorry for him and soon said: "Do demons torture their own kind?" She knew they would do it to other things but would they even do it with other demons? Kate looked around at the city and back at him saying: "Cant you come stay here if you want to? No one is really stopping you and besides we are looking for a demon who already stays here?" she looked at him with a small tilt in her head wondering why he kept going back then... maybe he didn't have a choice. She sighs softly trying not to think much about it, she shouldn't even be worrying about a demon so why was she so worried now? She doesn't even know him as well yet nor have complete trust in him knowing he might just end up using her.

Kate slowly looked at the people passing by, she then slowly started speaking and said: "If that is true about hell then heaven is the complete oppeset... it's a place with golden streets and a place full of love for both humans and angels." she sighs softly and said: "But I like earth since it makes me feel more free, I can live by myself and enjoy seeing what humans do... guess I'm just strange." she chuckled a bit as she looked back towards him.

"Yes and no. I mean most demons have been tortured quite a bit. No one escapes it. Usually when you're a demon like me you only really get tortured as a punishment. If you betray other demons or fail to do missions and such." Aym explained with furrowed eyebrows, hell was a complicated place. "Demons can only leave with permission. I can't just walk out whenever. I have to wait for someone higher up to let me go. Staying here would be dangerous anyway. Creatures are all around and not to mention the other demons will track you down quickly. That's why I'm looking for this demon anyway. They weren't supposed to stay and for that they'll have to go back, even if it must be by force." He said.

"That makes sense though." Aym said with a smile. "Freedom is a nice thing. We get controlled quite a bit but it's nice on earth. I imagine anyone would prefer it here." He said.

Kate frowns slightly as she thinks about what he said. She then tilted her head and said: "We usually also get punished if be broke any rules but most aren't as bad... unless you do something really bad and get kicked out becoming a fallen angel, but earth could be really dangerous as well... if you where a stronger angel you would survive but weaker ones get killed off or taken to help by demons." She looked at him saying: "In heaven usually there are also ranks, I use to be a guardian angel but went up to fight demons, your actually my first one... then it can go really up like where my brother is who hunts really strong demons or even dangerous fallen angels." She smiles a bit and looked up at the sky saying: "The only way angels live on earth is if they are a guardian angel.... or become fallen." Kate looked back at him then tilted her head saying: "Can you go higher in your ranks? What about those high ranked demons? Can they live freely on earth?"

Kate nods saying: "Well we all get used... if you think about it we are actually just weapons from the leaders to use." She sighs while looking back at the people walking past. Kate wondered what they felt like, most looked so free but knew humans also had their hardship.

"Certain ones can live here on earth but it's more like patrolling the earth. We have crossroads demons all over the place that make deals with people. Y'know the old myth about selling your soul to the devil." Aym said with a mild shrug of his shoulders. "I can go higher it'll just take quite a long time. They aren't nice where I'm from after all. The entire point is that they're cruel creatures." He said in reply.

"I mean that's pretty much it. It's just a hierarchy where everyone below is constantly being used for those above. It's the same way on earth as well. There's really no winning." Aym said as he thought about everything. "I just take what I can get st this point. Even if it's not much." He said.
