Kate shook her head a bit and said: "Yup... then I will beat you! Then we count as even." she then left, walking back to her small apartment sighing a bit. She could have just defeated him there and then but hated unfair fights and besides she made a mistake before so she won't make it again. She wanted to beat him ones at least. Kate looked around and soon reached the apartment. She entered in and went to her room getting some new dry clothing then goes towards the bathroom.

Kate got out of the wet cold clothing and into the warm shower, after finishing she got out and dried off then got onto some fresh dry warm sleepwear. Kate then dried her long red hair with the towel and went to the bed sitting down. She placed the towel down before laying down on her back looking at the roof. She wasn't that tired but needed the sleep, so she got herself into bed and puts off the lights then tried getting asleep.

Harborym quickly walked back to his hotel room. He did his best to appear fine, though he was sure the people at the front desk spotted some blood. He shrugged it off, they wouldn't ask questions. He walked quickly to his room, looking around. It had a stale scent of normal air freshness.

He quickly sat down on the edge of the bed, his clothes still soaked and stained from blood and water. He took off his jacket and shirt, sighing as he realized he wouldn't be able to use his jacket again. He shrugged it off, there were more important things to consider. He changed into some more comfortable clothes before laying down. His glamor faded as he went to sleep, his horns and tail returning. It took some effort to keep the disguise up. His fingers ran over his ribs, wincing as he found the few that were broken. In the morning he'd be alright and he'd be happy. He wondered what would happen with him and the angel. What was her name? Kate? He soon fell asleep forgetting all of his questions.

Kate started falling asleep and was soon after sleeping, she slept all the way until early the next morning when the light slowly started entering the room landing on her face, her hair was white since it was her natural hair color and it changed back over night. Kate slowly opened her eyes looking straight at the roof for a while before sitting up and placing her feet off the bed to stand up. She then slowly walked towards the bathroom looking at her tired face in the mirror seeing her white hair and sighs glad her wings didn't come out. She washed her face and soon forced her hair to go back to a red color, Kate went to the kitchen.

Kate started looking around wondering what she wanted to eat or just snack on, she yawned a bit and got some bread placing it into the small toaster to make herself some toast. While waiting for the toast she brushed her hair and changed into some other clothing, after it finished she took it out and ate it.

Harborym woke up the next morning. He yawned, feeling much better. His blood stained the bed sheets and he worried the hotel workers might suspect something. He shrugged it off, there was nothing to suspect. He quickly ran his fingers through his hair, feeling where the base of his horns were. He stood up and looked around the room. He quickly threw on some new clothes, making his horns and tail quickly disappear. He glanced at himself in the mirror, he still looked like a mess but at least he was a little better.

He soon walked out of the door, taking only a little cash with him. He closed it and left the hotel quickly. He had to get stuff done. He hopes to get things done quickly, wanting to move to the next mission as soon as possible.

Kate finished and slowly grabbed a bag. She looked around the room one more time and then left the apartment going into the city ones again. A other day of looking for demons, well only one anyway. Kate then thinks a bit and muttered: "Still don't know his name huh? Ugh idiot." she continued going down the streets watching the people going on with their day ones again. Soon she passed a clothing shop and looked into it seeing some leather jackets and growls a bit but entered, she did tell him she was buying him a new one only because he was an idiot and saved her. She then wondered what size he would wear. She boredly looked at them and finally just took a large, he could come get a different size if it didn't work.

Kate took the jacket and paid for it at the shop keeper then took the white bag, she then walked out and continued going around the city looking for that demon. She started wondering if he was better so ready, she just shook her head and sighs going towards the park close by to sit down a bit.

Harborym walked around the town. It wasn't exactly easy tracking down the people he was supposed to, he had hardly anything to go off of. He shrugged as he looked around. He asked one or two people but for the most part no one knew a thing. He guessed that's why he was sent on this instead of just some stupid human. He was shocked even now at how many humans sold their souls. He had made the same mistake a long time ago.

He soon saw the angel, recognizing her. It was still a bit odd to see her in a human form. He wondered if he should talk to her or not. They weren't exactly friends but he felt as if it would be necessary.

Kate sat down on a bench in the park, she sighs a bit and watched the humans enjoying their time. Soon she looked at a dog that came and sat down next to her looking up at her. She smiles and pets the dog softly saying a quick 'hello' to the dog. Soon its owner called it and it ran off. Kate knows she needed to get back on her mission so she stood up. She took the white bag and slowly started walking. She moved her red hair till it was behind her back.

Kate was just about to leave when she saw the demon, she turned to look at him and was a bit surprise to see him so quickly. Kate sighs softly and walked towards him then said: "You have a habit of finding me before I find you." Kate look down at the bag then back at him and held it out for him to take and said: "If its to small or big go trade it." waited for him to take it while she looked at him tilting her head slightly to the right.

Harborym was a bit surprised when he saw her walk up to him. He didn't think she liked him at all. He was pleased to see she had gotten him something. He knew he shouldn't trust it, knowing that trusting an angel wasn't a good idea. She seemed fairly trustworthy. He took the bag, quickly taking it out and putting it on. "It's perfect." He said in reply, actually pleased with how it looked. He felt a lot more comfortable with a new jacket. It was a pretty kind gift for her to give.

"Thanks. I guess this kinda makes us friends, huh?" He said. He didn't really see her as an enemy before. They had fought but he had one. She had been kind enough to help him out even after he had beaten her. That was what angels were known for, being too kind.

Kate crossed her arms glad it fitted like it should, she then muttered: "Good." she looked at him confused when he called them friends... where they friends? Well they did get along well in a strange way but he wasn't sure. Kate slightly looked away and said: "Guess so... Will still stop you from hurting humans so don't get your hopes to high buddy." she then remembered something and let's her arms down while she looked back at him and said: "Wait! I don't even know your name yet! Still haven't told me." she looked at him slightly cerously wondering if he was going to tell her his name.

Kate was still wondering about the friend thing, well she didn't dislike him but knew she shouldn't like him he was still a demon that would most likely just stab her in the back. Even so he seemed kind in his own way so she would just go on with it. Who knows maybe it's easier to stop him from killing humans, instead of fighting him she just tell him to stop... that won't work. Kate sighs softly trying to stop thinking so much.

Harborym laughed lightly. He knew he really wasn't supposed to be friendly with an angel. If anything he would get in trouble for it. He shrugged it off. "My names Harborym, those most people call me Aym." He said as he looked at her. He shouldn't even really be talking to her, but it was fine. Demons broke the rules all the times. It didn't bother him so much. He had things to do and as long as he accomplished his task no one would care who he talked with.

He thought about his mission, a little disappointed in the lack of information he had. Maybe he could get the angel to help him a little bit. That would be amazing, getting the help from an angel to complete a demon's mission. It would be an odd achievement but still a good one. Not to mention it would help him finish everything sooner. "I'm not hurting any humans I can promise you that." He said in reply.
