Mya saw herself get bigger. She is walking towards me, Mya thought. "I see." she repeated, slightly louder. "I see myself, and all around. Jasmine..." her voice trembled a lot. "I see from your eyes. I see all around."

You... see. I repeat slowly, letting it sink in. You see, through my eyes. You see, what I see... I close my eyes briefly, going through my thoughts and emotions, sorting them out, before laughing. Talk about an out-of-body experience! I joke, grinning. I resist the urge to look at my injuries, not wanting Mya to see how bad they really are. It wasn't just a bad arm I got from those guys earlier...

Mya saw black when Jasmine closed her eyes. But she wasn't scared by it, it was normal for her. She heard the joking tone in her sisters voice, but her feelings were different. "Jasmine... Please show me. We need to leave and you need to be better." she whispered, pleading.

Later. We've wasted too much time. Those guys could be on to us at any moment. And you might find it easier to move away from my sight or you might end up with a lot more injuries. I tell her, already starting to walk. The distraction takes my mind off the slight pain from my leg, so I'm thankful for that!

((A scratch down her leg, though there is a bit of blood and it hit close to a nerve, causing pain that had been ignored until now when she was sorting her emotions.))

Mya, slightly hurt by her sisters tone, moved away from her sisters sight. Once more, it was black. She ran after Jasmines footsteps and when she reached her held on to her arm. She preferred doing that than crash into a tree.

I feel guilt adding its weight to my thoughts, but I ignore it for now. Remember to keep track of my thoughts, I tell her. Duck head. branch. I say immediately, letting her now about a branch that's roughly head height.

Mya was used to responding to her sisters words instantly. She ducked and heard a gentle swoosh of air as the branch passed over her. She straightened again and walked carefully, trying not to trip or twist her ankle. Could be deadly at the moment.

I stay silent for a while, chewing the inside of my lip as I think. Knees up, two steps. I say, hoping she'll understand that I meant for her to bring her knees up high as she walks. I keep an eye on the path as I walk, but keep thinking at the same time.

Mya did as Jasmine said, only a millisecond too late. She tripped, but held on to Jasmine and didn't fall, and soon had her balance back. She now started going back inside her sisters mind. It was obvious she was thinking very hard, but My couldn't think what.
