Lindal looked out the window at the cars. "You did well." He said softly, turning to look at her.

"You did too. You killed your first vampire" sky says with a smile

He smiled. "It was surprisingly easy if you just do it. I guess I didn't want to see you get killed." He admitted.

"thats the thing about this job. " she shifts around in her seat "you never know what tomorrow will bring, i could die tomorrow or live another day" sky shrugs, "youre lucky if you live past 60"

"Better make sure you live till then, then." He smiked softly.

"i dont plan on dying anytime soon. but it all depends, like i said lots of hunters die before they reach 60." sky parks at the diner and removes the keys
