''well being the commander, i don't have much time to just relax but today is a special day," she said. she walked over to shelves and pulled out a bundle that was wrapped in twine. it had rose, lavender and a few over things in it. she untied the bundle and threw it into the bath. "there's no other place like this," she told her with a grin. "so let's in enjoy it." she took off her over clothes before she stepped up onto the wooden steps and dipped her toe into the warm bath before she let herself go waist into the water.

Having her permission made her feel a little more at-ease. She checked the vicinity and already saw the shadow of a guard outside the silken door. Feeling relieved, she took off her ceremonial dress and placed her dagger beneath her clothes for safekeeping. She made her way to the tub and slipped in, immediately feeling the relief of its healing waters. Letting out a satisfied sigh, she sunk into the water further and purred with contentment.

nadezhda let her legs go limp and sunk down until her head was just above the water. she raised her eyebrow as she looked at octavia. "well, what are you waiting for?" she asked with a grin. she lifted her arms up and raised them against the edge of the huge tub before leaning her head back as well. she closed her eyes for a minute, letting her legs float up in the water.

The fresh brand screamed angrily at the hot water, and with a curse she lifted it out and let the cold air calm it back down again. Blinking the water out of her eyes, she settled and looked over towards Nadezhda to see how she was fairing.

nadezhda smiled over at octavia as she got into the tub. she frowned a bit when the newly made warrior winced as the water brushed against her fresh wound. she waded through the water over to her. "im sorry that i didn't tell you about the brand, i should have warned you but, maybe this could make up for it," the commander said before she quickly gave octavia a kiss on the lips. she was kind of nervous about how octavia would react but she wasn't to worried, she felt safe around octavia.

The kiss made her forget all about the brand. She felt like she could live in that moment for a very long time, and was sad when it ended. She gave her a wry smile and decided it wa safe to tease, "I think so, but you have a lot of making up to do." Quickly returning the kiss, she was glad for the solace.

nadezhda grinned as octavia kissed her back. she raised her eyebrow. "ah, well, we have nothing but time," she said with a smile as she kissed her again. she felt like this was how they should be. well, it was at least how she wanted her life to be. she wanted to be in the spa with octavia all the time. she wanted there to be peace all of the time. after a few moments, she heard a knock at the door. "of course," she said in a distraught voice.

Kissing Nadezhda made every fibre of her being feel alive. Even the brand seemed to spark but she didn't care. It was one big euphoria which plummeted when she heard the knock. Realizing as her personal guard that it was her cue, she pecked her cheek and began to exit the tub, "worry not, I'll shoo them away."
She quickly towelled off and slipped the gown back on, just in time to part the curtain. Another guard stood looking a bit antsy, "Heda gaf in nowe."
"Sha, mochof," she answered and grimaced to the commander, signifying their time had to wait.
