Quin sighed sadly and saw how empty the office was. He stood up and walked around, feeling like it was just him that came to work that day. Then, he heard a elevator ding and there was Cameron. He gave Quin a wave. Quin grinned and ran to go hug him. "Hey! Where have you been?" He asked. Cameron smiled, "Just getting something for you. But, you have to follow me if you want me to give it to you." He said, playfully. Quin chuckled. "I will follow your lead then." Cameron took his hand a lead him to a small part of the office. It was the same spot where the mistle toe was placed those few years ago, where they first kissed.
Quin raised an eyebrow, "Why here?" "You'll see." Cameron replied. He took a moment to clear this throat and looked Quin directly in the eyes. "I remember back a year ago when we were stealing looks at one another across the office and you would throw paper aeroplanes at me. We talked a good amount and your friends though we were cute together. Then Christmas rolls around and we are standing here, Crystal walked away and we share a kiss. That will always be my favorite Christmas." "Cam, why are you talking about our past like this?" Quin asked. Cameron chuckled, "Let me finish... dating you has been the best year of my life. I have dated other guys and girls but it's never felt the way it is when I am around you. I hate seeing you talk to guys since my instincts kick in to get them away from you. You make me feel so happy and I really don't want to lose you. Ever. Which is why I am doing this." He said, getting down on one knee.
Quin froze and covered his opening mouth. Cameron grinned, "I love you more than anyone else in my life, so...will you marry me?" He asked, getting out the box and opening it. Quin was silent for a second....before he fainted and fell into Cameron's arms.
