"Amortentia." Draco stated blandly, grabbing the ingredients from the directions in the clearly ancient potions book sat between the both of them. He rolled his eyes at the fact the girl didn't even know what potion they were supposed to be learning. "Honestly, I knew Hufflepuffs were dense, though I didn't think they were this dense." Draco sneered, beginning to mix the ingredients. The pale boy returned to his notes, writing down what the potions professor, otherwise known as Professor Snape had written on the chalkboard.

"I don't care what you think, Slytherin. I'll always be smarter than you in the end." She sneered at Draco. She began taking notes on the potion, paying no attention to the blond boy. She would die before she had to be this boy's partner for the rest of the year. Maybe Snape would let her switch partners. She couldn't even bring herself to look at the boy throughout the whole period. She looked up at the board, where Professor Snape was continuously writing down what they were supposed to on the chalk-board.

The blond silently wrote down his notes, trying his best to ignore the ignorant prat who sat beside him. She had no right to call him stupid, as he truly wasn't. He was just way too uptight and snarky; holding his power in the wrong way. Though that is how he was always taught, to be the best at everything, not telling anyone break you from your throne. Draco turned his silver eyes to the girl for a millisecond, studying her. With a loud huff of a sigh he rolled his eyes, getting back to work on the potion notes.
