It was a very usually first day back at Hogwarts, though something unusual was soon to come. A new student in 5th year, the same year as, the youngest Malfoy, Draco Malfoy.

Backstory: Carmen didn't find out she was a witch until she was 10, and was accepted at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry the week after. She didn't know what she wanted to do, so she sent a letter back, surprised by Owl. It read that she didn't know what she wanted to do yet, and hoped they understood. She kept the letter secret from her parents and would make secret trips to Diagon Alley once the Headmaster had worked something out where she could be homeschooled. The going got harder and harder after her parents got more suspicious, so once she told them, they cast her off, and now she's on her way to Hogwarts.

Personality: She's introverted unless you know her pretty well. She'll only really start to break out of her shell once you're good friends with her. She may judge you if she doesn't know you, but if you get to know her she won't anymore, if she did in the first place. She's very intuitious and she sometimes can't get a handle on her emotions. But if she's mad, you don't want to be on the other end of the argument :3

Backstory:Draco Lucius Malfoy (b. 5 June, 1980) was a pure-blood wizard and the only son of Lucius and Narcissa Malfoy. The son of a Death Eater, Draco was raised to believe strongly in the importance of blood purity. He attended Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry and was sorted into Slytherin House. During his years at Hogwarts, he became friends with Vincent Crabbe, Gregory Goyle, Pansy Parkinson, and other fellow Slytherins, but he quickly developed a rivalry with Harry Potter.

Carmen stepped off the train, looking around and taking in the details. A tall, bearded man stood in front of her, and next to him a man she recognized immediately as Harry Potter. She only knew about him because of all the stories her at-home professor had told her, or Professor McGonagall. The man greeted her and told her his name, and the man next to him introduced hiimself, even though she already knew who he was. It had been a lonely train ride, as she had been the only one on the train. They had had to make a quick pick up and dro poff mission for her, but she was alright with that. She would get sorted with all the first years coming later, which was a little embarrassing. But that was okay, and she was kind of excited. "I'm Carmen Ally." She said, smiling. A boy with white hair caught the corner of her eye, but she payed no attention, just kept staring ahead at the large bearded man who'd called himself Hagrid.

Draco sniggered to himself seeing Potter stand next to the tall man, other wise known as Hagrid. He then noticed a girl,her long brown hair pinned up with a ponytail in to a bun-type thing. Draco snickered making his way towards Potter. He nudged Harry out of the way so he could see the girl, whispering, 'Move Potter' under his breathe. He looked the girl up and down, she wore muggle clothing and seemed to not have much experience with being in the wizard world. Draco growled,"Making friends with another filthy little mud-blood, are we Potter?" Draco hissed turning to look at Harry, his nearly white platinum blond hair shades of white illuminated from the sun. His silver-blue eyes stared daggers at Harry, though Harry didn't seem to care. Harry seemed to get a bit angry at Draco's comment. "Shove off Malfoy." Harry huffed at him. "And who are you?" Draco asked ignoring Harry's comment as he turned to the girl.

"I might like to ask the same question about you." She said in a thick, British accent. "It isn't nice to shove people, so actually, I'd ask you to shove off as well." She seemed to be coming off rude, but she didn't care. She didn't want to make friends with the wrong people, and already she could tell there was something off about the white haired boy. "Because I'm not telling you anything about myself until you tell me the same information of yourself." She tilted her head up, pulling her wand out of her pocket, which had been well concealed. She turned the Apple Wood wand over in her hand, feeling the slightly springy flexability of it glide slowly over the palm of her hand. "So, you gonna tell me your name?" She asked in a blunt tone. She didn't want to seem rude to the others, but she couldn't help it around this boy.

Draco looked at the girl fiercely, drawn aback by her pointing her wand at him. Draco sighed, admitting defeat,"Malfoy, Draco Malfoy, why should I have to tell you who I am." He hissed the last part under his breathe. He knew by know this girl resembled Potter's other muggle-born friend, Hermione Granger. "Are all muggle-borns as stubborn as you?" He snickered, giving his signature arrogant smirk. Awaiting for the girl to answer his question and rude remark he took this opportunity to draw his 10", Hawthorn, unicorn hair wand from his large Slytherin robe pocket. Aiming it carefully at the girl, in-case she tried any spells.
