Matt drove to his house and got out. "I will worry about that later. Let's just get you inside. It will be much safer. We have to figure out this guy's deal before he gets us off our guard and becomes an even larger problem than he already is." He said to her and looked around.

Alexia nodded before she got out of the car. She was about to walk in, but stopped when she picked up a scent. This couldn't be good. No, she wouldn't let him harm Matt. Not at all. " We have company. " She said, as she growled. She wasn't going to go in. That was for sure. Not when Matt could get killed.

Matt caught the smell as well. "Yes we do." He said. "I was afraid of this..." He said quietly and looked to right where he was sure the scent was coming from. "We know you are here Sam. Show yourself." He said. He was ready to fight. He knew they would have no choice and he did not want Alexia there when it happened. "Alexia. Go inside." He whispered to her and handed her his keys.

Alexia looked at him before she shook her head no. " I can't just leave you to fight alone. Don't worry about me. " She said. She didn't care if he yelled at her or, that. She still wasn't going to go inside. No matter what he did say. She was staying out here, and that was final.

"Fine. Just watch yourself and stay behind me." He said and looked around. "Hey Sam you can come out now. We know who you are and what you look like so don't bother hiding." He said to him. "Tell us why you want to fight us." He demanded and looked around.

Alexia looked at him before she shrugged. She didn't plan on staying behind him. That would mean she wouldn't be able to help him. She flinched when she heard the laugh come from Sam. He emerged from the shadows as he grinned. " Oh, protecting the female again, are we? " He asked. He looked at Alexia before glancing at Matt.

"That is none of your business. The only business that you have is with me. Why do you want her so badly?" He asked looking at him. "Also, I know the gift of my family's sward was from you. Why did you have it?" Matt said looking at him. He said and watched him. He was not going to make the first move that was all on Sam.

Sam chuckled as he looked at the two. He didn't take a step towards the two of them. " Why do you even care about her so much on the first place? Last time I checked vampires hated Werewolves. She could just betray you once she has your trust. " He said. He grinned as he looked at them before he shrugged. " Why not. Think of it as a gift. " He said.

"Last time I checked, what I do is none of your business. If she wants to turn against me, that is fine. It wouldn't be the first time but that does not mean I am going to let you hurt her." He said to him. "I have my reasons for wanting her safe and you don't need to know them. Just know that you should give up. You will lose." He said looking at him.

Sam chuckled as he looked at Alexia. " It's a shame you actually want to protect her. I should just end you right now, and then I can get the girl. " He said. He really only came to get Alexia, but that wasn't the case. He would just have to fight Matt to try to get to her.
