Odette looked at him "but I'm suppose to keep everyone safe and protected." She said looking down at the ground "but you got hurt because of my lack of protection." She said


Sylvia nodded "yeah." She said in a low voice

"That was not your duty. Who vowed you to that? I should have been watching out for myself. The best you can do now, is not feel sorry for me. That will help tons." Oliver said.

"Which - ones?" Charles huffed, reaching for his keys.

Odette looked at him "but we are married we are suppose to protect each other." She said

[Captain. A. Stark.]

"I know. But one person has the responsibility of themself. I agree that we should protect each other, but what happens when you're away or I'm away?" Oliver touched her face.

Val watched them.

Charles looked at Sylvia, awaiting her answer while reaching for his keys.

Sylvia hid behind Peter she wasn't used to being stared at


Odette looked at him "I was scared that I might of lost you." She said putting her hand on top of his hand "I would be alone if you were gone." She said

"Long hair, black colored strands.... You're an animus aren't you?" Charles glared at Peter. The kid was putting his keys higher and higher.

Peter shrugged.

"Odette... No matter how far away I am... I will always be with you. In here." Oliver gestured to her heart.

Sylvia looked at him, "How did you know?." She asked, tilting her head to the side


Odette looked at him and smiled, she hugged him gently.

"Characteristics. I'm a mutant professor darling, I can tell about these things." Charles explained, finally grabbing his keys.

Peter smirked.


Oliver hugged her back.


"Me too!" Val me mewed and cuddled between them.

Sylvia shrugged and looked at Charles.

Odette Petted Val's head and smiles "we should go get your leg healed so you can walk." She said

"Probably." Oliver mused.

Val got into the drivers seat of the car and started driving into the back of Charle,s jet.
