"Definitely. " He said. "I haven't been in a hot tub in what feels like forever. You will have to lead the way though, I haven't scoped that out yet." Luke smiled, ready to let her lead the way.

"I couldn't live if I didn't have a spa close enough to walk to." She grinned, having already looked up where the important things were, restaurants and spas and little gift shops. She lead the way through to a rather Roman-esque looking spa reception room where there were comfortable looking seats all around, she noticed they also offered beauty treatments as well as the usual spa-stuff. She hummed in thought as she finally looked to the receptionist with a smile. "Uh, two here wanting to use the hot tub if it isn't too busy." The woman behind the desk returned the smile and gestured for the direction of the hot tub and the changing rooms attached to them. "Enjoy your dip." Rayne gave a grin and followed the direction, seeing the signs of the changing rooms. "Right, I'll throw my bits in a locker and meet you in there?"

Luke smiled at the receptionist before looking around. This is what a spa looked like in his mind. It was oddly peaceful to be here. He turned to Rayne and nodded. "Sounds good." He smiled and headed into the men's change room. There he had changed into a pair of swim trunks that he had brought with him and stuffed his sweaty gym clothes into a locker. His scar was visible from the altercation he had told her about earlier on the trip but it didn't bother him any more. It was a part of him. He made his way out into the hot tub area and scoped it out. It seemed as if they would be the only two here for the time being. He sat in the hot tub and watched for Rayne's arrival.

Rayne had been wearing a black halter-neck bikini underneath her workout gear, to make life easier on herself. The spa provided towels in the lockers so that was useful as she hadn't brought her own. She locked up the gym clothes and came back around to go through the door into where the hot tub was. "Oooh, this is fancy..." She offered as she stepped down into the tub, letting out a happy sigh.

"Very high end. I was thinking and I don't think I've ever been in a spa before." Luke confessed. Sure, he had dropped his sisters off or his mom but that was as far as he had gone."Very good idea." Luke smiled, leaning back and letting the warmth of the hot tub hit his muscles. It released some of the tension that he was holding but not all.

Rayne gave a smile and relaxed with the warmth of the water, it often helped her think when she got to relax like this, though she had not been in a while as work had been completely busy. "Really? There's quite a few guys that go to my usual place. Though, there's two that I'm certain only go to scope out 'hot chicks', as I think the phrase goes."

Luke smiled. "I know a few guys who would do that. In the end they mean well. Some can come off a bit...rude but in the end I think they are just lonely." He thought of one of his friends who had a new girl almost every second week. He always played it off but Luke knew him too well. Luke wasn't like that though, he preferred the stability over time

"I would assume they're lonely because there's no way they know what they want. That's why they play around. They rush into things without thinking, or barely knowing the person enough to know whether they're right together. You've got to be friends with someone before it can evolve into something more. It's how any relationship works." She hummed, having dealt with more than enough unwanted advances in her time, though it had increased with work, the downside of doing the job you love.

Luke nodded, agreeing to her statement. "It's good to do it that way if you both can handle it. I've lost a couple good friends because we tried to make something happen between us." He said honestly. "It's usually worth the risk though for most people. I'm just not that lucky. " He smiled, leaning his head back a bit and rolling his shoulders to relax them a bit more.

"If it doesn't work, it wasn't meant to be." Rayne said softly, giving a shrug. "I've lost friends because I didn't want something to happen." She grinned a bit at that, raising a brow. "I haven't really done the dating thing in a while, at least not since... maybe my first year of working at Midnight Nyx? So... couple years I suppose. It's not really worth it when most men just see you as an accessory."
