"Its alright, " he says - blinking when he realizes that suddenly it is. "This is my future, here, with you. " his voice is soft (as their son is now asleep) and he smiles. "Courthouse please, " is murmured. He reaches out and takes her hand in his, stroking her knuckles with his thumb.

After a while of driving in silence, "Renee..."

Renee nodded. She smiled a bit more to herself and glanced back at their son Ethan. He was perfect. She began to drive to the courthouse. She held his hand happily and blushed some and glanced to him when he said her name. She nodded slowly. “Yes my love?” She asked sweetly and softly. She didn’t know why she was so nervous just that she was.

They stop in front of the court house and he smiled to himself. Carefully he turns in his seat, "Renee, I have loved you since you showed up at my house that night after the attempt to mug us. I missed you while I was gone, and i love you even more when you said yes you would marry me someday. Today you handed me our son-" hes fighting back emotions that break his voice, "I wish to marry you today. Dress or not, because... I love you. Marry Me, you make me happy and I miss you and I need you. Marry me."

Hes taken her hand in his two, "right now. Here at this court. Be a mother and a wife all in one day. Marry me?"

Renee looked at Morag as he spoke from the heart. She was at loss for words. She didn’t know what to say to him in all honesty. He was so sweet kind and caring. She loved this man with every ounce of her being and she knew that she wanted for marry him no matter what. “Yes of course my love. I will marry you,” she said. She didn’t know why she was so at lost for words really. It was a very surreal moment for her that’s for sure.
Renee leaned over and kissed him softly. “I love you so so much with all my heart.” She said. She smiled brightly. She kissed his cheek once more and softly climbed out of the car. Renee reached and grabbed the carrier before heading inside with Morag. For some reason she was super nervous.

Scott is leaning heavily on his cane - the weather makes it difficult for him to walk... with his other hand he holds hers.

He produces a gold and three stone ring - it is two rubies and an fire opal. It was his foster mothers, before she died recently. He carefully fits it on her hand; and then they are not only married, but they have a son too.

Renee blushed deeply and pressed a gently kiss to his lips. “The ring is beautiful my love. I can’t believe that we are a family now. I’m sorry this was so fast. I’m sure you weren’t expecting it but I’m excited to see where things will go.” She said. She lightly picked up the carrier and began to walk with morag happily. She loved this man so very much.

Scott smiles, "Renee? You have made me.." his voice is choked as he holds back tears. "Im.. happy. " the soldier follows his wife and child out to the car.

Once they are home he plops down onto the couch. "Watch a movie?" He invites, remembering their first date

Renee smiled brightly and laughed. She nodded and softly as she sat down on the could with their son in her arms. She snuggled into her husbands side and blushed some. She just couldn’t believe it at all. “You pick what movie love.” She said sweeetly.

Scott remains quiet, and then chooses one of the harry potter films at random. "Renee," he says after a while, wrapping her under his arm. "I'm glad you're here... that you said yes."
