Layla looked over at him. "I guess we can go for a bit of a ride." She said. She was starting to think of this more like a date. A weird and slightly awkward one but still a date of sorts. She just hoped that she would not come to regret it. She looked out the window. "Can I know where you are taking me?" She asked her.

Layla looked at him. "Why are you taking me to where you work?" She asked clearly really confused. She was not sure what to say about it. She looked up at him as he spoke. He saw the street where they had met. "So, you were on your way home from work and you just happened to run into me walking around." She said trying to piece everything together. She was not sure what he was trying to say. She kept thinking. She was wondering why she was telling her all this. Was the vampire actually having feelings for her? She was not sure what to believe. She listened to what he was saying hoping that she would get more information about what he was trying to get across to her.

Layla listened to what he said. She was not sure how to feel. Could she really trust him? What if he decided to turn her over to him? She was not sure what to do. She looked at him. “So you were just doing your job… Please be honest with me…Would you ever turn me over to them?” She asked not looking at him. She was afraid that he would say yes. She did not want him to say yes. She wanted to be okay with him because today was amazing and she did not want to lose that. She wanted to do it again. She really was really starting to like being around him. She was not sure what he would say but she was just praying that things would be okay. She was not looking at him. She had so much fun today and she was kind of hoping that he was feeling the same way but she knew it was dangerous. No matter what he said, it was probably not a good idea. He could be gaining her trust just to take her in for his boss. She did not want that but how could she stop it. “I-I…” She started to say but then stopped herself. How could she tell someone what was going though her head? It was hard. She was not one to share how she felt and she was worried about how he would react to what she had to say. “Is there anything else you wanted to show me?” She asked deciding that changing the subject was probably for the best right now because she was not sure about any of this.

Layla kept looking at the ground as he spoke. She felt so stupid for thinking. She shook her head. “It is fine. It is good for me to know. Thank you. I am glad that you were the one to find me.” She said to him. She still was not looking at him. She needed air so when he got to the main road, she opened her window so that she could get some air. She looked out the window as she thought. She needed to stop her mind and the air seemed to be helping until he spoke again. She looked over at him. “I don’t have anywhere else to go. It is probably best to just take me home.” She said. She then looked back out the window. She was hoping by tomorrow she would come to her senses. She got out when she got home and grabbed her bag. “I will see you around. I really did have a great time tonight.” She said and waved a little before she walked to her house and started to unlock the door. She dropped her keys and sighed and bent down and got them before unlocking the door. She was taking her time even though she was not sure why she was.

Layla opened her door and was about to go inside. She stopped when he spoke to her. She turned around when he spoke. She was not sure about it but she know that he would not hurt her at least for now. She thought about it for a moment. "Okay. That sounds fun." Layla said to him. She wondered what his plan was. She did not think she would end up hurt though. "What time?" She asked him. She leaned against the doorway waiting for him to finish talking to her. She was curious what he had to get. That would mean that she would get to talk to him for at least a half hour tomorrow and she thought that would be fun.
