Rachel laughed, smiling lightly as he began to wake up more, his voice now clear instead of groggy and rumbly. [I don't even think that's a word, haha] She nodded her head, knowing the healing effects a nice hot shower could have. "Ah, a hot shower is the cure to everything, including a headache." She watched him as he rolled over to grab his phone, but instead of checking it, which she assumed he was going to do with the amount of people checking in on him after last night, he turned it off, joking about Jackies stalking abilities. "I should turn mine off, to, just in case," she laughed and looked at her notifications, and there was already four from her, some teasing and some just crude. "I think she's just looking out for me, she likes to research guys before she goes out with them. She's like a clingy mom." Rachel laughed, rolling her eyes sarcastically. She sighed lightly, unsure of what to do as he walked away to take his shower. She thought it was weird to sit on his bed alone, but it was so comfortable that she fell back, the sheets, which smelled a lot like him, flying up around her. [how she knew that, the world may never know]

About 15 minutes had passed with him taking his shower, then drying off and putting on his boxers and shorts over them, before he returned to his bedroom to find Rachel sprawled out on top of it. Smirking, he looked at her and asked, Comfy? He obviously didn't mind because she was obviously beautiful and what 20-something guy wouldn't want that? He then went to his closet and began to look through it, trying to find something to wear for that night.

Rachel almost doozed off again but caught herself, keeping her eyes open and waiting for him to finish up in the shower. when he came out, he teased her and asked her if it was comfortable and she grinned. "Unbelievably comfy, actually. i'm surprised you don't sleep all day." she laughed, watching his bare back as he walked over to his closet, looking over what shirt he was going to wear. her heart fluttered watching the muscles in his back move but she caught herself and looked down, biting back a smirk.

While D'Andre was looking for clothes to wear, he heard her comment about how comfy his bed was and laughed. Yeah, I probably could've if you hadn't woken me up. Then you would've gotten pissed that I overslept and left and ran back to Jackie, he joked. He knew his phone would be blown up by now with messages from their mutual friend, but he wasn't about to turn his phone back on just yet. For one, he wanted the rest of the afternoon and that evening to be about her and him, no distractions, especially being blown up by the same person all night. Also, the season was starting back up soon, so he knew he'd have to scale back somewhat on social media. While the thoughts were in his head, he found a white button-up shirt and a pair of jeans to go with it, pulling them from their hangers and set the latter on his bed as he put the shirt on and buttoned it up. Halfway through this though, he sprayed some cologne on himself and resumed dressing himself.

Rachel couldn't help but laugh when he brought up she would run home to jackie of he slept through their date that she had been anticipating. she decided to play along and tease him back. "And then she would come over here and beat you up." she stood up from his bed and walked out into the kitchen, fishing through for her hairbrush and her lipgloss, touching up before they went out. she could smell the cologne he sprayed, inhaling deeply. "Lay off the axe buddy, your going to have chicks all over you!" she joked, applying her lipgloss.

Once he got his shirt buttoned up, D'Andre laughed about her statement regarding Jackie coming to beat him up. Well, you're not wrong, he responded as she walked out of his room. He pulled on his jeans and fastened them before pulling out a pair of Jordans and socks. D'Andre was different from the rest of the league, as he didn't really have a sponsor yet, so he wore Converse on the court, while wearing shoes like Jordans when he didn't play. He put the footwear on and gave one last spray of cologne on his shirt. He then heard her comment about Axe as he walked into the kitchen. Axe? I'm not 14 anymore, sweetheart, he joked right back.

Rachel ran her fingers through her hair softly, brushing it into place in one good sweep and threw her lipgloss back in her bag. she popped a mint out and threw it into her mouth. she didn't know if she would need it, if you catch my drift. "So, are we ready to hit the town?" she joked, looking him up and down. he looked really good. she just hoped that their picture wouldn't be taken again and blow up her phone.

D'Andre looked at his date for the night, looking all good and whatnot. Apparently she decided to get ready herself before coming to take care of him. After hearing her question of if he was ready, he held up a finger. Hold that thought, he said quickly. He headed back to his room and grabbed a fitted hat and his Oakleys before coming back to the kitchen, putting the hat on. I know this kind of ruins the look... for now, but I don't want the paparazzi bombarding me just yet. He then held out his arm for her, since he already had his keys, phone and wallet tucked away in his pants.

Rachel raised her eyebrows in surprised when he started walking back to his bedroom after she had asked if he was ready. Maybe he had forgotten something? When he came back out she grinned, realizing what the sunglasses and hat was for. "Wow, good call." She picked up her purse from the counter and stuck one of her hands in, fishing around for her own sunglasses. She wouldn't necessarily need them, but if she was caught on the arm with a man that had a similar body to D'Andre, the media might just start coming up with their own ideas. She took his arm, giving him a playful smirk as they left his apartment.

Once they were outside his front door, D'Andre locked the front door behind him and started to lead Rachel down the hall to the elevator that took them down to the ground level. He hadn't really checked any movie times at the nearest theater around, but he'd just play it as they went. Once they got to the ground level, he led her out of the front lobby and to the parking garage next to the building. Yeah, I don't think I'm gonna have as much to drink tonight as I did last night, he half-joked as he led her to his car. He opened the passenger door for her once they got to it.
