Hikari glared at Maou for a moment, hating the fact that he was lying, but he was so bad at it, it made her want to laugh but chuckled. "It's a place where you learn. What school did you go to when you were younger?" She asked, still wanting to find out where he came from since he kept trying to avoid the subject. It made her curious.

"umm..I never really went to a school in my life ...so, yeah...no school for me or kenya." Maou said and shrugged. Kenya started to get nervous, hugging onto a pillow. Maou was bond to tell them who they where, he felt it coming. The demon tried to think of something to say ." We never had a ummmm...family we always stayed on the street so we never went to school."

Hikari creased her eyebrows in confusion. This guy was really starting to creep her out a bit. She gave a sideways glance towards Nami to see what she would suggest them to do. "So... Where did you learn to speak, read and write?" She asked curiously, still not believing what they were saying to be true. It was mostly since the two seemed so nervous, or maybe it was because of the lame excuses he was saying, but she knew something was off about their explanation and she wasn't about to leave that stone un-turned.

" If you really must know, I was taught how to read and write by father. I may not know to much about this world, but I'm not dumb." Kenya sighed deeply and faceplaimed, shaking his head. Meanwhile, Nami finished his hair and backed, laughing abit. "Your friend is funny Hikari ~"

"So you were homeschooled." She confirmed, looking over at Hami with a small smile and roll of her eyes. "So, how long have you guys lived in this city?" She asked, directing the question towards Kenya to see if he could come up with the same lies as his friend.

"for a couple of year now..well, more then a couple of years. A long time I would say." Maou said and glanced over at papers, grabbing them. "What is all of this? Looks really confusing. Also, so you have food? I'm hungry. " Nami took a seat on the couch and chuckled

"Alright. I believe you." She lied simply before seeing him grab the papers she had been working on earlier and reached out to take them from him. "Hey! Those are mine!" She exclaimed, knowing that the papers had the notes she had been working on for her Physics test that was coming up soon. She was one of those study hogs who hated having others touch what she had worked so hard on, in her case, that being her many sheets of notes.

" Can i eat it?" Maou asked and glanced at the paper . The stuff on it was more confusing then angel text." Geez, can you tell me what it is at least." Kenya peaked over Maou's shoulder, looking at the paper." It looks rather interested. If i studied it enough, i'll could do this exam thing."

"No! Don't eat it!" She exclaimed, finally taking the paper from Maou. "It's my notes for one of the classes I'm taking this year." She said firmly, hugging the papers to her chest like a little kid would a teddy bear. Looking down at the papers again, she resorted them into the order she had them originally in before sliding it into one of the books under the couch and stood up. "What do you want to eat?" She asked Maou, looking over her shoulder, walking into the small kitchen.
