Maou sighed and shook his head." Well..he was useless. Welp, there's nothing I can really do now." The demon king sighed." What do you humans do for fun now and days? " he asked as he walked ahead

Hikari shrugged. "It's not really his fault to be honest, you should try seeing it from his point of view, at least he tried to help." She said with a yawn before checking out a few books and walked out of the library. "Hm... I don't do much that most consider fun, but there's like a park, a few museums, ice skating, rollerblading, what do you want to do?" She asked, knowing she probably could list off more if she wanted to.

"Whatever, he could had talked to him or something. Now I might have to look all over the world for one person." Maou sighed. " I have no idea what those a rex but rollerblading sounds interesting." The demon said and huffed. " I don't care what we do."

Hikari sighed. "I mean, if you weren't the demon king yourself, wouldn't talking to a higher up be daunting to you as well?" She asked with a small shrug but nodded at his statement. "Well, if you want, we could go rollerblading. I finished my homework earlier today, so if both of you are open to the idea, we could give it a shot." She said lightly, smiling at the idea.

"Maybe, he would hate me a little less." Maou said with a shrug. " Eh, sure. But you have to tell me what it is. Does it have food?" He wonder. Kenya was curious his self." It sounds kinda painful. Rollerblading. ." He frowned. " does it involve sharp objects? "

Hikari shook her head. "Whatever." She responded simply before listening to him again with a small smirk. "You just ate for one thing, and no, it doesn't include sharp objects. Just wheels." The girl understood where he had gotten the idea of sharp objects from but still, it was weird to meet someone who appeared to be Maou's age who didn't understand what it was.

" so what? I'll just eat again ~" Maou smiled " Wheels? I don't know what is, but I want to go get this blade thingy. Go ahead, lead the way." He tucked his hands in his,pocket . Kenya had rathered stayed at the library and read all day, but he needed to stick with Maou

Hikari put her hand on her head with a sigh, moving it to run through her hair with a small smile. "Alright then, follow me." She said before starting down one of the main roads towards the only rollerblading rink (idk what they're called X3) left in the town. Leading them towards the older part of town, she looked at the abandoned shops on either sides of the street. Despite being in a bit city, this section just looked deserted, except for the brightly colored sign in the distance that said "SKATEZONE!" in neon lights.

Maou frowned abit and covered his eyes some. "Urg,why are these letters glowing glowing like that." He said. Kenya watched as a group of girls walk in the rink, blushing when they waved and giggled at him." Anyway, let's go inside. " the demon king walked inside. There was lots of flashy lights and loud music" What the hell is this this place? Everything is so flashy and loud. You humans like this stuff?"

Hikari laughed slightly, chuckling in her hand. "They're called neon lights. It's an entrepreneur's way of drawing people towards their business. It's proven to be quite effective." SHe said before walking in as well, seeing the group of girls she recognized from her school and sighed. Buying three wristbands and skate rentals, she looked back at Maou and Kenya. "I guess you could say that. It isn't my favorite but you're allowed to request lighting and sound later on so if you want to do that, we can." She said with a small smile before sitting down on one of the benches to tie her skates on.
