Phil looked at dan and knocked on the door. Janai soon opened it "you dad wants you Hun.. plus I'm going to get us food" he picked Janai up before she had a chance to reply. He gently placed Janai on dans chest and he grabbed his wallet "I'll be back"

Janai looked dan and did t say a word. Dan could probably tell she was upset.

"You ok sweetie?" Dan asked, rubbing Janai's back gently. "I'm so sorry honey, I didn't mean to scare you," Dan said, pulling Janai in for a hug, as he couldn't lift his head.

Janai looked at him and cuddled into him "you were gonna leave me again.." she spoke softly crying at him.

"No. I could never do that to you," Dan said, squeezing her gently. "I love you too much for that."

"Never. Did you take care of Phil while I was asleep?" Dan asked, watching as a nurse came in and injected something into his IV port.

Janai shook her head " no.. I was hiding away from phil and you.." she turned her head away from dan.

"It's ok," Dan assured her, "Phil was scared too. Speaking of Phil, do you know what kind of food he went to get?"

Janai looked at him "he went to get fish and chips for us" she spoke as she laid back down. Phil had soon walked back in with food "I brought lunch" he said cheerfully
