Dan spoke to Louise, "Tell her that daddy is fine, tell her that *sniff* Poppy is fine. She'll know what it means," Dan said, and hung up without another word. "Phil," he called out half-heartedly. Phil was gone, and Phil was never coming back. He laid down and curled up in a tiny ball, crying his eyes out.

Phil was walking down the road. " stuffed up.. don't have a family.. ruined my relationship.. what next" he spoke tearfully as he saw a man curled up into a ball "Dan.. dan hates me.. so does Janai.. may as well move away from everyone and quit YouTube" he kept murmimg to himself.

Dan thought he heard Phil's voice but he knew it wasn't real. He sat back up and brushed some of his hair back out of his face. "Phil," he whimpered, "If only you could understand how much I love you," he murmured, sending himself over the edge again and into another fit of tears.

(Don't worry, he'll be done soon enough. What if Louise called the cops for the two of them? Guess I have law enforcement on my mind today )

Dan was stunned, that couldn't be Phil responding, Phil was gone. But Dan looked up anyways, and sure enough, standing in front of him was the raven-haired boy he loved so much. The one that was only lost for about an hour, but it felt like forever. He managed to stumble to his feet, his tear-stained cheeks glinting in the sunlight. "Ph-Phil?" he whispered, touching his cheek gently, "B-but you were gone, y-you left," Dan gently moved his finger downward, toward Phil's chin, hardly able to believe he was real.

Phil looked at dan "I..I know.. b..but I thought you hated me for leaving and .. I thought you'd be better off.. I'm sorry dan.. I didn't mean to.." he spoke he spoke with tears in his eyes. He hugged dan "I'm sorry.. I really am sorry dan.. I didn't mean to.."

"I could never hate you, for leaving or otherwise," Dan assured him, "If anything I would be worse off," he said, hugging Phil back, just happy to have Phil back in his arms. "I know, I forgive you," Dan said, shivering. "You could have at least brought a coat, Philly," he reprimanded him gently, "Come on, let's get you home."

Phil nodded "o..okay Dan.." he spoke as he held dans hand as he walked. He tried to stop the tears "W..what about Janai.. she would hate me" he spoke quietly. He was shocked that they didn't go too far from home.

"I can explain everything to her," he said walking up to the door of their apartment and knocking, "but don't worry about that right now, right now we need to get you warm." Dan pulled Phil close, hoping his body heat would suffice until they got inside.
