Alex rolled her eyes. "I'm not a dog." She said with a smirk. As he asked to hang out after, she noticed how he seemed a bit more on edge than usual. "You know what? Yeah. That sounds fun." She mused. But then she raised a brow and crossed her arms. "Before we go anywhere, you will take a shower." She said with a nod and a wink, passing her fingers through her hair. God was Lucas cute. Was she actually becoming friends with him?

lucas internally breathed in relief at her words, smiling and nodding. "alright, cool." he spoke happily. at her words,he laughed before nodding. "it's a deal." he agreed, not wanting to go anywhere all sweaty and gross. turning his head as his mother called, he saw she was already at the door with the stuff in bags. "ah, i gotta go. i'll see you at the game!" he called out before jogging to his mom.

Alex watched Lucas run off with a smile. "See ya, Blondie!" She called after him with a laugh.

lucas and the team were currently on the field, warming up but mainly just chatting and stuff. they'd start really warming up when the other team arrived. every now and then lucas' eyes diverted to the bleachers, searching for a certain girl. nathan jogged over and grinned at lucas, ruffling his hair. "maan, you got it bad." he joked, earning a playful shove.

Alex, wearing a pair of ripped jeans and a black crop top hoodie. She walked into the bleachers and took a seat beside Isabella. She scanned the field, watching Lucas with amusement. "YEAH BLONDIE!" She screamed as he began doing stretches. She earned a slight glare from her friend, who was still 'madly in love' with Lucas. Alex just rolled her eyes a bit and watched them begin to warm up in amusement.

lucas turned his head as he heard a familiar voice shouting, grinning as he saw alex, he lifted his arm up and waved.
as the other team arrived, they all started doing warmups until the time came for the game to begin, everybody getting into position.

Alex found herself pretty involved in the game. She felt personally responsible for the team winning, with her AMAZING screaming. She walked out onto the field after the game, most people leaving. She had told Isabella to leave without her, but the other girl had stubbornly stayed. She noticed Nathan and walked over, sighing. "Can you please help her understand that Lucas will never date anyone like me and her?" She asked Nathan with a raised brow, staying quiet so Isabella couldn't hear her.

lucas cheered along with his teammates as they won. nathan saw alex and isabella approaching, simply giving a smile in response to her question before walking over to talk to isabella. lucas jogged over to alex, pulling his helmet off, his hair and face sweaty. "you did some pretty great cheering for a non cheerleader." he joked with a wink, before nodding towards the locker rooms."let me grab a shower and then we can head out." he spoke happily before jogging off, returning about ten minutes later all fresh and clean and in normal clothes.

Alex nodded her thanks to Nathan. As Lucas ran over all messed up from the game, she felt a fluttering feeling in her stomach. Oh good god was he hot right now. She just nodded as he ran off to change. As he soon returned all fixed up, she smiled and walked over to him. "What did you have in mind for our 'hang'?" She asked with a small smile. She glanced at him and bit her lip with a smile. She smiled a lot more around him.

lucas grinned and grabbed her hand. "it's a surprise. c'mon." he tugged her to his car, opening the door and bowing playfully before jogging to his side and sliding in. once she was buckled up, he drove off, turning on the radio and humming quietly as he drove. "how did you like the game?" he questioned.
