Tuxedo Mask held Usagi's hand tightly, focusing on Kunzite. "To help him? I might be able to do this. But I doubt he'd let me near him with how he's reacting to this." He shook his head. He looked to Sailor Moon. "It will be alright in the end. You know that." He let go of her hand, gesturing for her to follow. "I think this is something Venus and Kunzite need to take care of themselves."

Kaito waved a hand to Venus, shaking his head. Confused wasn't strong enough of a word. How could she understand what he was feeling? Images were shown in his mind. First things first, he saw the old Earth. The other Shitennou. Prince Endymion. He remembered being his guardian. Just as she was to the moon princess. Meeting Venus and the other Senshi. She was the only one who he really payed attention to that day. Attacking the Moon Kingdom. Being under darkness' influence. Being reborn... It was inevitable that they'd end up meeting each other again, just as it was with the prince and the princess. More and more memories flooded his mind.

Venus felt more tears gathering in the corners of her eyes, and before she knew what was happening, the soldier of love was sobbing, her hands brought to her face to wipe them away and clear her vision, but it was to no avail, as they still kept coming. "K....Kaito...." Venus didn't know exactly why she was crying. It was all just so overwhelming, to Kunzite standing in front of her, and regaining painful memories, their shared memories.


Of all the people within their group, Mars was the one to slowly approach Venus, and carefully place a comforting hand on her shoulder. She did not say anything, but just stood there, silently comforting Venus as she cried.

Kaito's body was tense, his fist clenched, eyes closed. He could barely understand what was going on around, lost in his own mind. Did... She have these 'memories' too? He couldn't be alone in knowing all of these things. He remembered everything that happened in the Dark Kingdom. He remembered regaining his memories... Last time wasn't this hard. Not like they lasted. Soon after that, he was ended by Metalia. He took deep breaths, relaxing himself. Before opening his eyes to see his environment he took a moment to let everything register. He heard Venus say his name. No... That wasn't his name... He wasn't Kaito. He was Kunzite... Right? She was right, she did know him. He opened his eyes to see Venus in tears. His face was red and wet. "Venus..."

Venus smiled gratefully at Mars, glad for the comfort the fiery Senshi gave. even if no words were spoken, it was enough to tell her that she had friends to support her. She heard Kunzite speak her name, and she looked at him in surprise. "K.......Kunzite." She said, this time managing to say his true name. "Kunzite......I......." She trailed off, her voice failing her for the first time that she could ever remember.

"Venus, that's enough with the tears." Kunzite frowned, adjusting his posture.

[Amethyst The Gem]

Venus stopped crying, as if on command, and stared at Kunzite incredulously. She cautiously stepped closer, her heart pounding once again. ".......Kunzite?" She was hoping desperately that things would be different this time. "Please, just for once, can we know each other without it ending in disaster?" She begged silently.


Mars felt Venus moving forward, and let go of her shoulder, letting her hand fall idly back by her side. She glanced back at Sailor Moon, but then immediately turned back to keep her eyes on the two in front of her. She was not going to allow herself to be distracted, in case this was just a ploy set by Kunzite. The others didn't seem to think so, but she was much more cautious.

[Prince Endymion]

Kunzite seemed to hesitate before nodding. "It... Seems that way, yes. I am Kunzite..."

Mercury and Jupiter watched Kunzite with caution.

[Amethyst The Gem]

"I...........I don't understand how.......how this happened, but.......I can't believe it. I thought you were......." Venus couldn't bring herself to say the word. "I thought you were gone." She said at last. Soon, the emotional stress was too much for the soldier of love, and she broke down crying once again, falling to her knees on the rough stone path. "Just when we finally found each other again, only to be torn apart." She sobbed, the memory vivid in her mind, "And I thought you were gone forever......" Venus whispered.

(Dang it the feels.......so much feels.......)

[Prince Endymion]

"I... Don't either. I though I was too. There's no explanation for this." Kunzite looked to her, his eyes full of sorrow, but the rest of his face was mostly blank. He stepped towards her, kneeling on one knee, reaching her level. He gently placed a gloveless hand on her chin, lifting it so he could look into his eyes. "Why does the Soldier of Love weep when I've regained my memories of my past life? Here we are. Nothing is taking me away right now, right?"

(Aaaa the feels!)

Venus took one more moment to cry before regaining her composure and looking into the silvery-grey eyes of her former love. "I......I've......I've missed you." She admitted quietly, wrapping her arms around his waist and feeling happy and safe in his embrace, though she still shed a few more tears of both joy and sadness. "I'm....I'm so glad we have a chance to start over, without anything to get in our way."
