The male looked at her confused for a second before she pointed at his sleeve. He bit his lip. There was no hiding it, his tongue was stains Crimson and his sleeve was covered in blood. He sighed softly. "Ayumi..." He said before looking at her. "I did, but I have to. I'll starve, I had no choice." He said gently trying to take her hand.

She frowned as she was pinned. Piper stayed silent not sure what to say. She sighed softly. "Aido, you're not a monster. I understand you have to eat. You don't have a choice and I get that." She said continuing to run. She didn't like stealing, honestly, but in these times it was the only way to get by.

She ran as fast and as far as she could before stopping. She leaned against the side of the building panting softly trying to catch her breath. "Nobody saw you, you're fine, calm down." She said to herself but for some reason wasn't able to shake the feeling that someone was following her.
