Logan quickly took her hand before scooping her up bridal style and running as far as he possible could. "Here." He said finding a large jumble or trees that sat rather closer together. "Hide here." He said.

The man walked through the woods pulling off his hood. He had very obvious thick black hair with bangs that nearly hid his eyes. His grabbed hold of his shoulder length hair and pulled it up into an easy ponytail before pulling his hood back up. He walked watching the tracks. That was when he noticed some residue on the ground. He bent down and examined it and instantly knew a barrier of some sort was put up. "Ice..." he muttered stepping over it continuing to walk. They knew he was coming.

She nodded letting go of his hand before hiding behind the tree that he had told her. She tried to keep her breath steady and her heart pace down. Her hands shook slightly at the thought of another hunter. She didn't want what happened to him last time to happen again, or anything worse.

he sighed, hiding within the trees. he wished he could've made the barrier a dome rather than a protective circular wall, but he had been using to much of his abilities at once here lately. he needed time to recover, but he had to protect his friends and piper from the hunter. he shut his eyes, trying to concentrate on keeping the barrier up.

He clutched her hands before scooting up placing her in his lap. "Yeah, I'm gonna stay." He said softly making sure they were fully hidden.

The male continued walking before coming across the barrier. He looked at it before taking a rock hitting it. "It's weak..." he muttered before leaning against a tree. "I guess all I have to do is wait it out." He said quietly to himself.

Piper looked at him frowning a small bit. "Aido...are you alright?" She asked holding his cheek a small bit rubbing his cheek with her thumb gently. "You look....tired..." she said softly trying to comfort him.

Logan looked down at her. "Definetly a hunter, the scent is unfamiliar and reeks heavily of vampires blood." He said softly gripping her a little tighter. "Don't worry about it though." He said softly trying to make her feel better.

The male sat one ankle crossed over the other tapping his foot lightly. After around a half an hour he heard a crack. He looked up smirking slightly before leaning up walking over to the barrier. He tapped it lightly and it cracked a small bit. "Soon enough..." he muttered turning away a small bit before shoving his hands in his pockets.

She frowned in a concerned way before simply nodding taking her hand away. She watched him only becoming more and more worried. She was more worried that he was becoming so weak. She whimpered slightly staying by him but made sure not to make a sound or do anything.

Logan nodded. "Yes, thank goodness." He said letting out a small laugh. "I think I would be a lot more nervous if that was the case." He said reaching up holding his shoulder slightly where the man had burned him that one time.

The male stood watching it crack more and more. He eagerly waited almost ready to bust it down himself but simply decided to wait. It would make it a lot easier to take care of the vampire who caused it. Although, he did like a challenge.

Piper saw him lean forward and out of instinct put an arm up on his shoulder as if he was going to fall. She sighed in relief as he didn't. She slowly lowered her hand silently cursing herself for doing that. Even if it was out of insinct of wanting to make sure he is okay.

His grin grew wider as the barrier finally broke. He trudged into the space seeing the footprints that separated off. He saw one set quickly and small. Speed obviously. He would better take his chances with the weak ice boy. He followed the foot prints leading into some trees. "Bingo..."he muttered making his way into them.

Piper sighed a small bit before watching him dart away. "Aido..." she said softly not sure whether to follow him or not. He honestly shouldn't be moving around so much. He seemed very weak. She didn't want him passing out or anything from exhaustion. Was he at that point? She had no idea.

''what do you want with us? we are no harm to anyone. we just want to travel away from a psychopath from a distant town.'' he spoke, trying to figure out the hunter's intentions. obviously he was here for someone in the group. but who and why.
