Logan looked into the small diner and sighed cocking an eyebrow. "That's.....weird." He said before looking up a bit. "Well, we could always go back to the little house and plan..you know." He said holding her hand looking at the ring.

Piper nodded simply and looked up at her dad. He was simply looking out the window. She sighed taking Aidos hand under the table squeezing it a bit. She smiled a small bit. "I'll just some regular pancakes." She said softly to the waiter. Her father ordered some coffee and that was it. It was silent for a moment before she smiled widely. "So, um, we can stop running from my dad right." She said looking at her dad smiling nervously.

He simply let out a chuckle before nodding.

He smiled squeezing her hand tightly before walking with her back to the place. He walked into the room falling back onto the bed before leaning up again smiling at her. "I'll be back." He said grabbing some pajama pants from his bag and walked into the bathroom and used it. He washed his hands before coming back with just pajama pants on. He went his bag and bent down putting his clothes in it the scars that ran down his back very visibal.

She laughed nervously. "Yeah I guess so." She said looking at both her favorite people in this world.

Kaien sighed softly. "But I'm curious." He asked leaning on the table. "So, you said Piper was the only blood your body could take right? Any other blood gets rejected." He said sighing softly. "If that's the case....won't that eventually kill you?" He asked a serious look on his face finding it hard to believe he would say that in front of her but it had to be said.

she frowned, looking at the scars. that night still remained clearly visible in her head, reacurring nightmares every other night it seemed. that night was traumatizing. it was also the night she was turned. it was all the kings fault, this beautiful nightmare she lived in. the life of a vampire..but she at least got to spend it with her love.

Piper frowned listened to him but decided not to say anything. She was gonna talk to him about that later tonight before bed. She didn't understand why he would want to do that? She thought I meant something because that was what he had told her. She felt good being able to provide for him. She didn't want him to not have her blood. it made her feel...special.

Kaien narrowed his eyes a bit. "Alright, whatever you say." He said noticing the dissapointment in his daughters eyes. A certain sadness to them.

Logan sighed softly taking her in his arms. "Hey, it's alright, I'm fine." He said softly remembering all that had happened. Sometimes, or haunted him in his dreams as well. Watching her dying in front of him. But most of the dreams, ended with her actually leaving him. "I may not be able to get rid of the nightmares, but I can held you get through it." He said softly.

Piper smiled at the waitress but suddenly didn't feel very hungry anymore. She poked the pancakes on her plate a bit before setting her fork down. "I...um...have to use the restroom." She said softly before standing up and walking away towards the washroom. Maybe they could talk about those kinds of things without her. She didn't want to hear it anyway.

Her father sighed watching her go off. He sipped his drink before looking at Aido. "I know you don't want to hurt her, but have you ever asked her what she thought!" He asked. "That was a mistake I made often as her father. I simply made choices for her. What i thought was best for her." He said sighing softly. "But most of the time, I was very wrong." He said.
