After around thirteen minutes,. he came back, all sweaty and panting like a dog. "That was too far!" He said.

Adrian sat on his bench sipping a glass of water. He set the glass down standing up as he saw the smaller male approaching. He walked down his steps and met Sam there. “You’re next goal is 12 minutes,” he said. “A six minute mile isn’t that bad,” he said before turning to enter the house before handing him the glass of water he had been drinking out of. “Cool off for a moment and get ready to really work,” he said.

"T-Twelve minutes? What if I can't meet the goal?" He asked, seeing him relaxing with a cup of water. He took the water when he handed it out. "You drank from this.." He still drank the cool liquid. "Are we starting now?"

”Then you’ll do it over and over until you do,” he said. “Failure isn’t an option,” he said noticing how the boy wasn’t a fan of the water he drank out of but chose to ignore it. “We’ll start in a few minutes once you’ve cooled down. I can’t have you passing out,” he said.

“If you’re goung to just sit and relax then you should join in to give me moral support!” He said. “Failure can be an option.” He argued back.

Adrian shook his head. “Failure is definitely not an option. Learn your priorities,” he said before letting out a small laugh. “And I mean, I could, but I kind of like watching you,” he said smirking a bit. “You’re kind of cute like that,” he said before realizing what he had said. “Meet me outside in 5 minutes. Be ready to work,” he said walking out the back door not being able to believe he had said that.

“Cute?” He said confused. “You’re so mean. Join in at least!”

I’m such an idiot!” he said to himself not being able to get over that. “Fine,” he said to the smaller male trying to keep from screaming. Why did he have to be such an idiot! He sighed softly. “Let’s get started with some abs,” he said to him.

"With abs? What are we going to do?" He asked him.

Adrian stopped when he asked that cocking a brow. “You know what. I am thoroughly convinced that you never went through any sort of training and you snuck into that battle purely for the sake of driving everyone over in our kingdom absolutely insane,” he said shaking his head slightly. “Ab workouts,” he said. “Sit ups, crunches, planks. That sort of thing,” he said.
