Zagan listen to her, and shifted around. Not being evil? That can be define as true, by many of his friends. Many times they have begged to take him to the humane world and kill for fun, but he always decline. Always try and get him to do evil ways, but he always declined. They nicknamed him by "good demon" or "good boy" and it was upsetting for Zagan was a demon, and he had to prove he was a evil person. So he always left for angel hunts, but most times came back empty, or with angels who seem perfectly healthy, and unharmed, unlike other demons who bring their angels back half dead. Growling, Zagan shoo his head. "I'm just feeling sorry for you." He lied. "Besides, not all angels are kind. You shouldn't be either at the moment.."

elyse looked down at her feet as he said he had felt sorry for her. "i don't need your pity, feeling sorry for me isn't going to save me. right now it looks like no one is going to come to my rescue. with any luck, the demons will kill me, i don't want to lose my wings. i never said anything about angels being kind. many male angels are not kind."

sitting there in silence, Zagan stared at his feet, upset. He did not mean to upset her, nor did he mean to say that. "I didn;t.. mean it.." He mumbled. "I mean, yes, i do feel sorry for you, but.. .. I just don't.. never mind.." He spoke, before looking at the rabbit. He removed it off his make shift grill and placed it on the rocks, and cut it up with his pocket knife. "Dinner is served." he spoke, as he pushed a few of the slices to her and looked at the flames as it dance around in the make shift pit.

she looked down at the food. she looked back at him, then picked up a piece of the meat. "thank you." she spoke in a hushed voice, holding a piece of cooked meat. "if you need to heal, you'll need more food." she picked up another piece of meat and handed it to him.

"I'll heal by rest. But thanks for the offer. You need it the most." Zagan spoke, as he shifted around. Zagan let go of the rope, and gotten up before taking his jacket off and setting it where he once sat and walked towards a tree and climbed up it. once he was on a sturdy branch, Zagan sat on it and looked down at her.

she looked up at him as he climbed to a branch. elyse walked backed to a tree not far away, she could see him. she leaned against the base of the tree. she looked back at him before pulling her wing around her and settling against the tree.

"It's Zagan, most call me Zag or Zane." He spoke, before spotting over to make sure she has plenty of space on the tree branch. "Who gave you your name? As in, who came up with it?"

"my brothers. elyse means noble. gabriel was the one who came up with the name. all the others accepted it. some say that it means of God. all angels are named by the others. no one person picks, they all agree." she looked over at him.
