Zagan heard a few footsteps, and the leaves crunching. He looked down the tree to see a girl. A young one, who seems to be enjoying the last moments of fall. He did his best not to move, but Zagan kept failing. Zagan quickly shifted around, to maybe hide himself a bit, but anywhere he went, he was more visible. "Ah, just my luck.." He mumbled. "Humans.."

[Wonder.]

Sky heard rustling to her left. She turned to see what it was "oh. Hi." she said with a smile to see a really pale guy shuffling around in the leaves. She was unsure of what to say next and she felt slightly uncomfortable having been watched all this time when she thought she was alone.

"Ah, sorry. hi.." He said, with a awkward smile, and backed up a bit more. "I didnt mean to seem.. stalkerish.. I was just.. enjoy the weather before its get too cold.." He said, and scratch back of his neck.

Skylar didn't want to make him feel bad so she just smiled a bit friendlier "it's ok really. I was just surprised because you were so quiet." she looked up again and tried desperately to change the subject "it's, uhm, a nice day isn't it?"

"Yea it is.." He spoke, glancing up at the sky, between the trees. he looked back at her andcleared his throat. "Just taking a walk?" He asked.

[Wonder.]

Skylar turned back to reality, or in this case the stranger next to her. "oh. Uh, yeah I guess." she kicked the leaves on the ground biting her tounge to keep her from blabbering about her personal life. She stuffed her hands in her pockets and pretended to be interested in a red leaf.

" is it okay if I join you?" He asked, knowing he sounds weird to ask. "I mean, if you don't mind. I can always leave you be and walk somewhere else.." He said, about to ramble on. "There's a spring near by as well a small waterfall and the trials.." He kept going.

Skylar smiled and said "that would be very nice." she looked at him again "by the way what's your name? I'm Skylar if you wanted to know." she extended her hand for a handshake.

"Names Zagan. You can call me Zane if you prefer." Zagan spoke, and took his ahdn to shake hers. He after a quick shake, he let go and came a bit closer. "So, you live near here?" He asked.

[Wonder.]

Sky shook his hand which was surprisingly cold until he pulled away. When he leaned in and asked her if she lived near there she got slightly defensive and thought of different ways to dodge questions about her personal life like she always did. "um, well I don't live that close to here but then again, it's within walking distance. How about you?" she answered but at the end turning the question around.
