Roxanna thought for a minute before nodding in reply.

Mrs. Odelle smiled and then went to the med closet and got the advil and a glass of water. "Here you are deary." She then looked out to the field. "I better go secure Ace and Lavender then go tell Dusty's father." She looked to her then Dusty. "Watch over him while I'm gone please." She then walked outside.

Roxanna gave a silent thanks before she took the pill and glass into her hands,"I will." She told Mrs. Odelle before she watched the older human go out. She looked at the pill before plopping the advil into her mouth and quickly taking a drink of water to wash it down. Placing the glass on the coffee table, Roxanna leaned back in the chair and quietly watched Dusty.

Dusty moaned and tensed a bit from time to time moving slightly as the medicine did it's work. Finally after 30ish minutes he opened his eyes again. He was still in pain and very out of it, but couldn't stay asleep with the pain it brought. He looked over to Roxanna and smiled.

Roxanna was shifting her eyes around, looking around the room before she saw Dusty's eyes looking at her. She looked back at him and gave a soft smile in return.

Dusty smiled lightly then looked at his body seeing his shirt off. Yelping he quickly grabbed his shirt and pulled it close, but his wound got agitated and started bleeding again. "Ow...." He tensed and then said. "Is Ace and Lavender okay? Are you okay?"

Roxanna saw his wound start to bleed again after he moved, so she got up to her feet, made a cloth wet and wrung it out. She walked back to Dusty, sitting on the edge of the couch as she gently dabbed his wound with the cloth,"Careful. You don't want to make this worse." She said softly before answering his questions,"I think they're okay. Your mom went to get them back to the barn and then tell your dad what happened. As for me, I lost all feel in my left arm that it went limp, but I got a bit of feel back and I can slowly start moving again, but my shoulder still hurts a lot. Other then that and being shaken up, I'm alright." She told him.

Dusty groaned and nodded. "Yeah...... True.... It aches horribly." He shifted looking to the window he said. "I hope none of them got bit." He sighed and let his eyes close lightly.

Roxanna nodded in agreement,"I hope so too." She said quietly, gently dabbing Dusty's wound a little bit more, hoping she wasn't hurting him too much.

Dusty tensed and clenched his teeth. "GAHH!" He panted in pain and tried to get over the pain. Yes the medicine had taken away most of the pain, but it still stung and his body was so tender.
