Levi nodded. "You weren't wrong." He said, shrugging. He grabbed the paper and slid it into his backpack. He looked up at her as she spoke again and nodded. "Yeah, that sounds great." He said, standing up and grabbing his bag. He slung it over his shoulder and turned toward the door. "Hey, do you mind if we stop by my place so I can drop all this crap off?" He asked, adjusting his heavy bag. "Plus there's a great coffee place just down the street from my building." He offered.

Raina anxiously ticked her fingers against the back of her chair. She didn't like changing up the schedule, but Levi was right, they had earned a day off. She silted slightly. Plus there would be no problem at all if her passed everything else like he had this test. She shook her head slightly and stood, turning her chair around and grabbing her bag. She was just about to pull it over her shoulder when she realized she was still wearing Levi's jacket. She tugged the piece of clothing off and held it out to him. "Thanks for letting me borrow it on Wednesday." She said, slinging her bag over her shoulder.

Levi took the jacket and nodded. "No problem." He said, heading toward the door. He hadn't even realized that she had been wearing it. He opened the door and held it for Raina, then started down the hall. "So how's everything going?" He asked, trying not to get too excited about spending the next while with her. Not studying, but just being with her. "Last I heard, you'd had a pretty crappy day."

Raina headed out, falling into step beside Levi as they headed down the hallway and the stairs. "It's literally been two days." She laughed. "It's been less crappy. Studying, bing watching, had an autopsy lab yesterday that was pretty awesome. Oh and I found my dorm key." She said. "How about you? Gotten any more of your songs written?"

Levi shrugged, hiding a smile. He listened carefully as Raina described her past couple of days. "I'm glad it's not so crappy." He said as she finished. "Not really. I've been a little-" he paused. "Distracted lately." He did NOT mention what or who had been the distraction. "Luckily the label doesn't expect us to come up with a ton of new music during school but summers are pretty crazy." He said as they reached the front door. He opened it for her and then followed after. "I'm hoping to get more done over the weekend."

Raina puffed out a breath. "Yeah, me too." She listened as Levi spoke, smiling slightly. "Distracted by homework I hope." She paused on the porch of the library, closing her eyes for a moment and taking a deep breath of the crisp fall air. She nodded and fell into step beside him again. "Got anything else planned for the weekend?" She asked after a moment of silence, just trying to fill it with friendly conversation.

Levi glanced over at her shyly. "By homework, yeah." He said as he look up at the clear blue sky. He shook his head. "Not really. I'll probably practice with the band sometime but that's about it." He said as they turned a corner to get to his apartment building. "What about you? Got plans with Nick?" He asked, trying to seem casual.

Raina nodded. "Cool. Nice and relaxing." She adjusted her satchel, letting out a breath as it shifted into a more comfortable position on her shoulder. She shook her head. "Nah. He's - uh, he's visiting his family." She replied, trying to hide the disappointment in her voice. "But hey, on the bright side, that means I can binge my shows all weekend, cause Kate'll be gone too."

Levi looked over at Raina, hearing something strange in her voice. He nodded, trying not to look too hopeful. He chuckled. "I assume Kate is your roommate?" He said, glancing over at her. "That sounds like a pretty great way to spend the weekend." He said. They had reached the street boardering the campus. Levi glanced both ways and then stepped into the street, crossing it quickly.

Raina glanced sideways at Levi as he asked about Kate, not even having thought about the fact that she hadn't explained to him. She nodded. "Yep. Though I'm not sure how we got paired. We're complete opposites in literally everything." She nodded again. "Oh yeah, it should be fantastic." She stepped off the curb, easily keeping up with Levi as they crossed the street. The same thought she'd had on Wednesday crossed her mind. "Do you watch Castle?"
