Astarot walked down the hallway, before locating where both himself and his mate slept. Walking through the doors, and inside the room.

Kadaqua followed the king through the doors before she looked around the room. When she saw it, the healer just had to smile. Not too far away from where Astarot and Sunlight slept, there was a smaller nesting bed, just right for a hatchling, and above it hung a baby mobile that had a few colorful gems that hung on it. Kadaqua just had to smile when she saw this as she walked over to it, taking a fairly good guess that the little bed was back from when Nezula was a hatchling and the baby mobile was recently made,"If I didn't know any better, I'd say Queen Sunlight got this set up a head of time for us." She commented with a smile.

X squirmed a little on Astarot's back as she slept, whimpering a little as though she threatened to wake up.

Astarot chuckled a little, and shook his head amusement. Being reminded of when his own daughter was around 'X's age, and sighed a little. But smiled once more, since he knew his daughter was still a handful even now. He then looked over at the hatchling on his back, and then back at Kadaqua." seems that way, and the little one looks like she may wake up, mind helping me get her off of my back?", he asked.

Kadaqua nodded before flying above him. She carefully picked up the crystal hatchling before gently lowering X into the bed. She smiled when X went quiet after she had,"Let's just hope she sleeps through the whole night." She said before yawning herself.

Once she was laying in the bed, X had gone silent again, just the sound of light snooring coming from her as she curled up on the soft bedding.

Astarot smiled a little, as he watched Kadaqua place the hatchling in the new bed. Before fully stretching his wings, and flapped them once. Being careful not to cause to much noise, as the blood flowed back into his wings. He then looked back at Kadaqua, and heard her yawn." thank you, and you should probably rest before you fall asleep on the ground", he said.

Kadaqua nodded,"Yeah, that's probably a good idea. I'll be back in the morning to check on things." She said before flapping her delicate wings, bringing herself into the air,"Goodnight Siré." She said with a bow of the head before flying towards the door. She was about to go out before she turned around to look at the king,"Oh, and if you need me at some point juring the night, just send someone to come and get me." She told Astarot.

Sunlight decided it was very late, so she went out of the throne room, down the halls, and was just entering the bedroom as Kadaqua was leaving.

Astarot nodded at the healer, and dipped his head in a polite farewell. Understanding the need for the smaller dragon, if anything goes wrong with 'X'." thank you, and goodnight, Kadaqua", he replied. He then lifted his head when he saw his mate enter, and used his head to direct her in the direction of where the hatchling was sleeping. Making sure not to make any noise, in case the young dragon was woken up.

Kadaqua gave a quiet bow to Astarot and Sunlight before the healer flow off down the halls.

Sunlight watched the healer go before she looked at her mate. She smiled when Astarot directed her over before she moved quietly across the floor. She soon stood beside him, smiling at the hatchling in the nest. Looking up at the gems that hung above the nest, Sunlight touched one before all five gems gave a soft, gentle glow over the hatchling, just like the queen had planned,"This sure brings back memories of when Nezula was this age, doesn't it?" She asked Astarot in a quiet whisper.

Astarot chuckled softly, as he listened to his mate. Looking down at the hatchling, before folding his wings to his side. He then smirked a little, and looked over at the dragoness stood beside him." you mean when she was little, or now? Either way she's still a handful, hasn't changed much, even now I can tell she still has her fiery spirit", he replied.

Sunlight smiled a little,listening to the words Astarot spoke before she nodded slowly,"That is very true." She started quietly before sighing,"She had that doubting look in her eyes again right before you left to tell Kadaqua our decision about watching over the hatchling." She informed her mate softly.
