I rolled my eyes at him before smiling and laying my head on his shoulder. Of course I knew he was just kidding, I don't think he could be that mean if he tried. "If I had to go through this with someone, I'm very glad you're here to help me get though it," I tell him softly.

"I am very happy to be here for you." He said smiling a little. He kissed her forehead. "I am sorry this happened but you are so strong and will get over this quickly." He said to her. "And I am not going anywhere anytime soon. I still can't afford a deposit for an apartment and my dad actually called...to tell me he is taking my car unless I buy it from him so there goes all the money I have been saving. I hope your parents don't get too mad about that. I really am trying." He said to her.

Hearing him speak of his parents, I sit up a bit to look at him. "Are you serious?" I ask, looking into his eyes as he tells me about his car. "That's so unfair, do they really hate me that much?" Of course I liked him living here, but not because his parents were treating him like this, and all because of me.

"I wish I could say I was kidding but I am not. It is not you. It is your parents." Eric said and sighed. "It will be okay though. How mad do you think your parents will be that I am going to be here for at least another month?" He said. "I can figure things out if they want me out sooner. I can couch hop for a while. A lot of people at school would be okay with me spending a few days at their house." He said to her.

"Mainly my mom, though, right?" I ask with a sigh, taking a piece of my hair and twirling it around my finger as I think. I thought things between him and his parents would get better by now, not worse. This wouldn't be happening if he wasn't dating me. "They'll be fine. There is no way I'm letting you become homeless because of them."

(( Just a warning, this week will be busy for me, so I might not be replying much. Though, next week will be spring break and I'll have plenty of time to make up for it lol ))

(That is fine! I understand. My spring break is next week too.)

"Yes it is mostly your mother but I am hoping that they will get over it. It is my mom that has the problem. My dad was okay with it after a while but she makes the decisions plus the car is in her name. She will not talk to me to even tell me she wanted the car back and it doesn't make sense other than to hurt me more. She has plenty of money and could buy at least 40 cars." He said and sighed. "I don't know what I will do. She even wants more than what I have saved. I asked my dad to ask her about a payment plan but have still not heard back." Eric said to her. "I really don't want your family to hate me though so if they don't like it, I will be fine." He said quietly.

Hearing him, I sigh as well. Moving closer to him, I wrap my arms around him. "I'm sorry, I wish I could talk to them for you. You shouldn't have to go through all of this just to date me." As he says about not wanting my family to hate him, I say, "my parents will be fine, and Quinn will get over it. Maybe you could use the extra time to try and be friends with her... but I know it's hard, so if she doesn't let you than I understand."

"It's okay. It is not like they have given me a choice. They just kind of made me do this. They made me choose and I picked you despite what they wanted. I have tried being your sisters friend but she won't let me. I don't know what else to try." He said to her.

"I know... and I hate that you had to choose between me or your parents," I tell him softly, letting out a sigh. When he speaks of trying to be my sister's friend, I say, "I'll talk to her, tell her to give you a chance."

Eric smiled a little at her. "It's okay. At least I still have you. Your family has also been a huge help to me by making it so I can stay here. I really appreciate all of it. Plus, there are a lot of perks with living with my girlfriend. I get to see her all the time and I can also kiss her." He said smiling at her. "I love you." He said.
