I let out a sigh, hugging him back. "You know I'm going to worry about you, no matter what you say. I care about you, Eric." Fine, if it really wasn't that bad, whatever was going on, I guess I could let it go. After he kissed my cheek, I pulled away a little to kiss his lips. "I love you," I tell him softly, filling in the silence.

(( We could Timeskip to like mid school day maybe like a week after this has happened, so some time has passed and Rosemary is realizing this is more than something little ))

Eric smiled at her. "I love you too." He said to her.

Lexie had overheard Eric talking to the guy he was staying with about his parents. She had to find Rosemary. Maybe this would be the last straw.
Eric was talking to his friend. "No I can do something else for dinner. I don't want to take away all of your family time." He said. His friend nodded and they parted ways. Eric walked to his locker.

Just as class ended, I changed out of my dance clothes and back into normal clothes. I was planning on putting my clothes back in my locker first before finding Eric. Throwing the bag of clothes in my locker, I shut the locker door, scanning the crowd for Eric. All I see is Lexie.

Lexie walked over to her. "Looks like you do not know anything about your boyfriend. I overheard him talking to his new roommate. He is staying with Derik and his family. His parents kicked him out a couple weeks ago because of you." She said and shrugged. "Good job."

She said it so quickly, I thought I almost heard her say that Eric got kicked out. His parents wouldn't have actually don't that, right? No, they cared about him, whether he was dating me or not.

"Don't believe me? Ask derik. He will tell you the same thing I did. Pretty much the whole school knows except for you." Lexie said and smiled at her.

No, this couldn't be true. He couldn't have really gotten kicked out of the house. Without another word, I walk away, finding the boy that Eric has been handing out with lately.

Derik was at his locker and talking to his girlfriend. His girlfriend kissed him and then walked to talk to her friends leaving him alone. He shut his locker.

"Tell me the truth. Did Eric get kicked out of his parents house?" I ask him, looking at Derik. "And don't tell me what I want to hear, because I want to hear the truth."

Derik looked over at her. "Who told you?" He asked and sighed. "Don't be mad at him for not telling you. He didn't want you to blame yourself." He said to her. "Ever since the night of the play, he has been living with me." He said. "But the only people that knew were him, the director, my parents, and myself."
