Jared smiled softly and nodded, dropping his clothes on top of his duffel before going over to where Erik was. Once they were settled in and cuddled up next to each other, Jared smiled up at Erik before speaking. ”I like this. Just being about to curl up with you and relax,” he said, resting his head on Erik’s chest.

Erik smiled, "It is nice." he sad as he spooned Jared and relaxed, "It may be weird going to bed this early, but it is nice to have you." he murured softly as he looked at him and kissed his forehead sofftly, glad he had this chance, even if it wasn't going to last long.

A soft huff of laughter escaped Jared’s lips at the others comment how it was weird to go to sleep at a normal time but otherwise he was quiet, just enjoying the moment as he closed his eyes when he felt the other’s kiss. Like he had said, this was nice, and simple, and something he hopes they did more of in the future.

Erik held him close and closed his eyes as he relaxed with a soft exhale, he was glad for his, even if he knew time could be fleeting. He knewhe wasn't going to sleep just yet, so he just thought about what they would bake tomorrow.

Jared had no such thoughts as he slowly started to drift to sleep. For him this was the normal time he slept and he couldn’t help not staying up later especially since he was so comfortable. Throughout the night he twitched and shifted as he slept, but otherwise didn’t move much and never left Erik’s arms, even his actions in his sleep showing how comfortable and, well..... safe he felt with the other.

Erik didn't get much sleep till later, and he slowly fell asleep, even wth his light shifting. He woke as the sun rose and hit his face, he opened his eyes and blinked a few times, "Morning." he murmued softly, unsure if Jared was even awake yet.

Jared was only half asleep when Erik spoke, but hearing the others voice, he rolled a little bit so he was laying on his stomach and could peer up blearily at his boyfriend. He hummed softly, mumbling something that could resemble a ”Morning” before he dropped his head back against the bed. He remained mostly awake though and his eyes were narrowly open.

Erik chuckled softly, "How are you doing?" he asked as he looked at him as he cuddled close, he was so glad they could have this nice sleep together, and they got to spend the day baking.

Jared hummed quietly at the question, blinking a few times slowly before answering. ”...still tired...” he mumbled in response. He smiled softly though as the other cuddled closer to him and in turn he also snuggled against his boyfriend, finding great comfort in him being there and being able to lay there with him.

Erik chuckled, "Well we can still relax in bed." he murmured, he was not feeling overly inclined to getting up just yet either. He kissed Jared's cheek, "Mmm, this is much better then sleeping alone." he admitted.
