Jared gave him another half smile and nodded at the thanks. "It was no problem... really." he said trying to wave it off, but his happiness leaked into his voice, revealing how he really felt. "Are there any songs in particular you'd like to hear? I know mostly pop and a few other songs, but I have a few classical pices for my clarinet if you'd rather hear that."

Erik chuckled as he looked at him, "I like anything really, but I don't listen to music much." he admitted, "But I like hearing you, just no classical." he said with a smile.

Jared laughed and thought about what to play next. As he though, he strummed little bits of melodies and lines of chords, but nothing that resembled a song. A newer song popes into his head," Something Just Like This" by Coldplay, and before he realized what he was doing, he was playing that one as well.

Erik grinned as he watched, he loved hearing Jared play, and he looked so happy when he did. It was nice getting to watch Jared do something he seemed to enjoy doing.

Jared fell into a happy sort of daze as he played a few more songs before leaning back so his back was against the side pole of his bed. "I think that's gonna have to be it for tonight Erik. As much as you say 'screw the neighbors' I actually have to live with them and don't really want them pissed with me. Also, I'm getting tired now, but I promise I'll play some more for you some other day. 'Kay?" He tilted his head back so he was looking at the other and grinned.

Erik chuckled, "I'll hold you to that then." he said with a warm smile as he watched, "Why don't we cuddle and watch a movie before you head to bed?"

Jared nodded and slipped his guitar back into its case and under the futon. "Mm, that sounds great right now," he answered standing and gathering the largest blanket he could find before sitting down and waiting for Erik to join him.

Erik grinned and joined him, he cuddled in close and relaxed pulling the blanket over them as they snuggled close to eachother. He found a random movie on TV and relaxed as they snuggled with eachother, he was glad he had Jared, it was nice.

Jared smiled softly when Erik sat down beside him, curling into the other's side and resting his head against his collarbone as he picked some movie. He was content with just how they were and it slowly showed as he leaned into Erik and and his movements and breathing slowed to a lazy pace. He was once again nearly falling asleep, but he couldn't help how comfortable he felt with Erik.

Erik began drifting off, he liked this, more then he cared to admit. He watched as Jared began to drift off, his smile growing, he was glad his boyfriend felt comfortable with him.
