[ The Special Surprise ]Early morning was still swept over the city, dew still clinging to every surface. The sun had barely shown its face to the world yet someone was awake. Vera had drove to the dojo an hour before dawn, and had been there ever since. Unaware of the time, unaware of the world around her for she were doing something more important than anything she had thought of before. And because of this nervous energy filled the dojo to the brim, an eerie quietness just waiting for something to break it.
Finally, it broke.
The wood under Vera's feet heaved slightly from the back and forth of her pacing and a soft frustrated sigh escaped her lips.
"How does one do this? I don't have words for this.." she muttered heavily to herself. Her green orbs intently looked at a piece of paper in her hands, a slight tremble to them. But Vera knew she was wasting time and pushing off something inevitable. Shakily, Vera shoved her hand into her pocket and fished for her phone.

It had been a while, understandable so. Vera had left both Camille and Zing a message to come to the dojo once they wake up but today was the day that both tried to sleep in as much as possible. But Vera had been counting on it.
The dojo was semi-transformed.
Soft mats were placed everywhere with pillows of every shape and color with a small pile of books next to one. Lights hung from the ceiling, giving a sort of romantic look to the place. There was a table, just big enough to seat three, holding three handmade cups... two of Camille's favorite tea and a cup of Zing's favorite drink. There also was a handful of baked goods made by Vera herself.
But the most important thing on the table was simple.
Two white envelopes, one labeled Camille and one labeled Zing in pretty writing.

By the time that the two made their appearance, Vera was sitting at the table just staring at the door. Her eyes started to smile before her mouth did, the nervous energy still apparent. Her leg was bouncing gently up and down, a nervous twitch she did. The two would have noticed, but were probably distracted by the transformation that had happened. The two exchanged words, and Vera just sat and waited til the people she held so dear sat at the table she had set up.
Vera tried to start some ideal chit chat, but broke and gently nodded to the letters that were in front of them.
"Please read.." Her voice was trying to be strong and normal, but there was a quiver of worry laced through her words. The two finally did as she asked.
The letters were both filled with words of Vera's favorite memories, the things she noticed about them and the things she loved about them. Sentimental words, though short, filled the page. Some were how Camille made her feel beautiful, even though she wasn't the most girly of people. That her words and actions made her feel even more confident and that she owed it all to her. There were words of how Zing made her feel at ease, that she could and should relax. He had promised to take care of her, just like she would take care of him. It was the first time in years that she honestly believed that she didn't have to always be the tough one, the strong one.
Both of the letters continued as such until Vera started to describe what both of them gave her. Vera had put it simply, it was love. The two knew that the words had been rough for her to say in the past, her history not being the easiest. But the two of them showed her that it did exist and that she cherished it every day. It was obvious that the letter was drawing to a close, but the last words of it were the most important. Vera's soft smile was what the two saw when they looked up from the letter, the words echoing in their minds.
"Now, I would like to ask you a question.
Camille and Zing, would you both allow me to stay in your lives til the end?
Will you allow me to marry you and become happier than I ever have in my life?"
